Fantastic. The technician even programmed my factory car link opener.

I called late in the afternoon, fully expecting that I would be without a working garage door overnight. To my surprise, Cookson was able to get a tech out within 2 hours of my call. The tech immediately went to work and was able to not only get my door closed but also got it operational again. While he was out, I mentioned the noise factor associated with the garage door. He explained that it probably wasn't the door but rather the way the operator was hung combined with a lack of grease on the moving parts. He re-hung the garage door opener, thoroughly lubed everything and the door now works better than before I ran into it!

Wayne was on time, very polite, and extremely helpful. Once he finished the repair, he checked out the rest of the system, oiled it, and adjusted everything. He spent time explaining what he had done and the suggested maintenance. Excellent experience and we will use them again. The only problem we had was getting the office to schedule. The first time we called we were told they only made appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays, and that once they looked at the schedule the next day they would get back to us. When we heard nothing for a week, we called back and were sure to talk to someone else. The appointment was made during that call, and all went smoothly from there.

Courteous and prompt phone scheduling. Good work done on door. Would use Cookson again.

The new door looks way better than the old one. The deal they offered was superior to the other three or four quotes we got. We would have no problem recommending their services to others.

Very nice guy, did very good work. The guy did not come on time, the office said he had called in sick and wouldn't come till the following day. I had to call to find this out, after waiting all day. 10 minutes after calling, he showed up, and had no idea of the problem in the office, or that they had said he had called in sick and would not be there till the following day. Also, was quoted $69 for the call, plus parts and tax. He wrote up a bill for $92.47. I questioned it, told him what I'd been quoted, and he ended up writing up a new bill for what I'd been quoted. The girl in the office was the real culprit, the rest was wonderful. I would use them again, but I would not let Brandy make the appointment.

I picked Cookson because I live in Tempe, it was on Angie's List and it kept my tax dollars in the city. :) I called at 10:00. Mike Dryer was very professional and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. He arranged for the technician [Darcy]to call when he was leaving his previous job. He did and he arrived early. Darcy immediately warned me that Mike should have advised me to have a double replacement [which he had], but I did not feel he was padding the bill. He was quick and efficient with the door; identified the need for the new carriage assembly; fixed the lighting unit for me and lubed where necessary. The total for the doors was $150 which was cheaper than the quote. I would recommend them, but their coupon was useless on this occasion.

The service person was on time and knowledgeable. The service person ran into an issue while installing the second garage door opener. He did an excellent job handling the situation and got it resolved quickly. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Their installers are clean, well-spoken and quiet. I have only good feelings about this company.

THEY WERE PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL IN THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE NEW BELT-DRIVEN OPENER WOULD NEED FOR MAINTENANCE.

THEY WERE COMPETITIVE OUT OF THE THREE BIDS FOR GARAGE DOORS. JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL. SALESPERSON FOLLOWED UP ON THE JOB TO MAKE SURE IT WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION.

THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE ALSO MADE TWO SERVICE CALLS AND HAVE BEEN GREAT.

REPLIED IN A TIMELY MANNER WHEN OUR GARAGE DOOR OPENERS BROKE. REPLACED WITH NEWER, MORE EFFICIENT AND BETTER EQUIPMENT.

SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORKMAN ALSO SKILLED IN INSTALLATION OF DOOR. REMOVED OLD DOOR WHEN COMPLETED. NEW DOOR HAD TO HAVE EXTRA TRIM INSTALLED TO SEAL GAPS, AND THAT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET MATERIAL AND TO FINISH. PRICE WAS BETTER THAN MOST OTHER QUOTES. GOOD QUALITY WORK.

INSTALLER WAS 20 MINUTES LATE, BUT CALLED AHEAD TO NOTIFY US. INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL DONE. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.
