They do fantastic job. Most of my clients are global and they do not want the ordinary. So, if any customer is looking for something that is handcrafted or that have that look and feel of handcrafted, this is the company to do it. They do the basics exceptionally well, but they are equally as good with the unusual.

This company is a train wreck. Period. After 6 hours of picking out fabric and style of drapery the order was place and a $1,550 deposit was given. We set an install date for 9/17. On 9/16 I got a call from Helena (good luck getting a call back or text from this woman....you will chase her forever) stating there was a SMALL issue. She shows up at my house the Day BEFORE my install. Totally new fabric....and NOT the one I chose!!!! Yes, the day before install she shows up with a roll of raw fabric and a SLIVER of my chosen fabric (literally it was a sample of my old fabric that was 2 inches long and LESS than 1/4 inch wide......yes a quarter of an inch.....tough to make a comparison). The 9/17 install was agreed upon on 9/15.....yes....9/15. They knew...as it's tough to put together over $3,000 worth of draperies in a night. When I asked what was going to be installed on 9/17 Helena told me the rods would be and the fabric would be a few days later....never mentioned that. They are probably the only 'game' in the area and that's why they can treat you like crap. I am out my time and now I have to totally repeat this process. Yes, unless they perform some miracle I will be seeking legal action for my time and broken contract. Stay far away.

They have extremely outstanding and well-experienced staff.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR CRAFTMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF MATERIAL TO CHOOSE FROM.
