+ -1 moreI've used these guys a couple of times. They don't up-sell: They replace the parts that need replacing to get the job done, no add-ons that you don't need. Polite, professional, on time, great service. Lisa (owner) is terrific -- Great to work with! Definitely my go-to AC company.

+ -1 moreJimmy came out the same day that I called. The evaluation at my house was very quick, which was appreciated due to the fact that it was so hot inside. Lisa e-mailed me with quotes for repairs and replacement that evening. The quote was professional and complete. The price was low compared to other quotes that we received ($4800 for a 13 SEER 3.5 ton Trane Heat Pump). Jimmy stated that he could install the heat pump within 24 hours of us signing a contract. We filed an insurance claim, and Lisa was very quick and friendly about revising the quote to include all of the details that were required by the insurance company (such as why replacement was recommended for a 22 year old unit). Due to a personal referral from a friend, we ended up going with another company. Had we not gotten the referral, we would have contracted with Bumble Bee.
Description of Work: Jimmy from Bumble Bee Air Conditioning evaluated our heat pump for repair / replacement. Bumble Bee does not charge for the consultation, unlike many of the larger companies.

+ -1 moreBumble Bee Air Conditioning is a family owned business with Lisa answering the phones and Jimmy performing the work. Both are incredibly nice and professional which is why I've been using them for over ten years. On this particular visit, I called Jimmy out because my AC seemed to be running much more than normal. He showed up on short notice, right on time, and performed a normal check up where he found that the unit was low on freon. In all the years he has been servicing this unit I believe this was the first time he had ever added freon. The improvement in the AC performance was noticeable right away. They invoiced me via email and allowed me to pay online, which was super convenient and hassle free. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Air Conditioning and will continue to use them...A+ all the way around!!

+ -1 moreTHEY REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY! WE ENDED UP HAVING A HOSE BREAK AND A GUY WAS OUT WITHIN 1 HOUR TO REPAIR IT. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Description of Work: PUT A NEW A/C UNIT ON OUR HOME. THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE OLD ONE AND PUT THE NEW ONE ON AND REMOVE A SWAMP COOLER.
