We feel this has been an easy company to work with. They are very responsive when we call to schedule service and arrive on time to do the job. They seem very knowledgeable about what they're doing, and I feel that their prices are pretty comparable to their competitors.

I am very please with the work that this company has done. The staff is excellent at what they do. They have a very prompt service. When I call them to reset me yearly appointment, they come right away. They are very polite, nice, clean and extra cautious.

They give me honest answers.

I called on a Sunday when my heat pump was going out and talked to a technician who made an appt. to come out on Tues morning. I called back Monday to confirm, and they paged the technician, but I never got a return call. I took Tuesday morning off work, but he never showed. I called dispatch; they didn't have a record of the appointment, and they were all booked for that day. I called another company.

Brewers was very professional, friendly and most importantly always on time! I had a number of bids, Brewers prices were competitive and they were the only company to provide alternatives for the replacement in writing and with details, further winning my trust. The installer warned me ahead of time about potential water leaks because of the on-the-roof installation that might dent the foam roofing. I got him in phone contact with Durafoam Roofing, Inc., the company that did the foam roofing 2 years ago splendidly, I might add. Together they came up with the best solution to avoid leaks and using a sealant compatible with the foam roof material. This saved me hundreds of dollars to have Durafoam come back with the whole rig to fix potential dents. This exceeded my expectations for both Brewers and Durafoam.

I called on a Sunday afternoon after our air conditioning started making a whirring noise. A very quick and polite operator told me a technician would call. I assumed it would be the same day, but didn't receive a call until Monday. A technician could not come out until the following Saturday, set up an appointment for 7:30 AM on Saturday. No one arrived. Finally received a voicemail that the technician had locked himself out of his car and couldn't make it. Never called back after that. Will not be calling Brewers again. Wound up calling our handyman who replaced a motor for $300.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told the tech would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 (which was a lot better than the typical ''between 8:00 and noon'' you get with most service companies). Chris arrived at 8:05. He was great with our dogs, did a great job, checked everything - A/C units, attic, air returns, filters, ducts, thermostats, etc. Spent an hour checking everything out, then reported that both units were in good shape. Left everything exactly as he found it. Top notch in all respects. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing A/C service.

Dave Wilson was on time, quickly determined what the problem was and installed a new transformer which fixed the AC problem.

TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. CHECKING BOTH THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AND HEATING UNIT. MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EXTENDED USE. PROVIDE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICES.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE TECHNICIANS SEEM TO BE WELL TRAINED. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT IN ARRIVING AND CAN COMPLETE THE REPAIRS ON THE SAME VISIT. THE PRICES SEEM TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS IN THE AREA.

THEY CAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. EVERYONE WAS NICE, FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE SERVICEMAN. THEY FIGURED OUT A WAY TO SAVE ME MONEY ON THE CALL AS WELL.
