+ -1 moreTHEY WERE COST EFFECTIVE (CHEAPEST OF 6 COMPANIES I CALLED). THEY CLEANED UP THE GRASS WELL BEFORE PUTTING DOWN SEED. DID JOB WHEN THEY SAID AND CAME BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER TO SEED AREAS THAT DID NOT TAKE.
Description of Work: PUT IN WINTER GRASS IN BACKYARD (SQUARE FOOTAGE UNKNOWN). DE-THATCHED AND MULCHED YARD AND REMOVED ALL CLIPPINGS. THEY PUT DOWN SEED AND ADJUSTED SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO MAXIMIZE GROWTH.
