I couldn't have asked for better service. Morris was friendly and prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up. He also spend quite a bit of time explaining the structural problems created by the house builder and what would eventually need to be done to correct it. He'll return in three months to inspect the work and adjust the spring tension, no charge.

Great. The side mounted opener is more secure and an overall better opener than the traditionally mounted ceiling mounted openers which rattle the house and are always in need of adjustment.

HE CHECKED ALL THE BEARINGS and THE ROLLERS, and OILED EVERYTHING. HE CHECKED THE SECURITY FEATURES TO SEE THAT THEY WERE IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER.

Morriss Davis, owner/operator of Arizona Scotsman Garage Door Service, evaluated our 32 year old 4 panel wood panel garage door and gave us several options and a price estimate for each. He included a repair option as well as several type of garage door replacement prices. We decided on an insulated metal door with decorative glass panels which matched the look or our original door. Morriss dismantled the old door, replaced the entire frame, and installed the new door. He did a solid job and the new door works great. He is coming back in March (about 3 month after installation) to make any minor adjustments after the break in period for the new door. He takes pride in his work and stands behind his work. He has done work for two of our friends and came highly recommended. He attempts to provide all reasonable options for repair of the door as well as options for replacement. His pricing is fair and he is dependable. We highly recommend Morriss.
