Arizona Pest Squad, LLC

I am updating my review as Az Pest Squad reviewed their records to find that I was telling the truth that no one was calling me or coming to my home to provide pest control service that was previously paid for. The package was originally purchased through Deal Chicken. There had apparently been problems with how these deals were sold through DealChicken, and also some dishonesty within the company by a couple workers...one who scheduled appointments but never indicated them as complete, as well as one of the exterminator techs who lived far in the STV area and was to be stopping by homes, either on his way into the East Valley, or on his way home, but he was blowing off the scheduled appointments. After review by the owner, Dave Marshall, he concluded that his company is responsible, due to the issues involving these two employees. They are gone, and he offered me a much better deal. They will come to my home for monthly pest control for the next 6 months for both exterior and interior pest control, and I do not have to pay another cent out of my pocket than what I originally paid through DealChicken last September. So this is good for me as the summer months are approaching. And I know the product they use is good, as they did manage to come to my home 2x in the beginning, and whatever they sprayed outside pretty much did all the grasshoppers and crickets off, as well as got rid of my black widow issue. I will update after the end of six months from this initial review.
