Plumber's crack galore! I saw things i can't unsee. Good thing i have no children or they would have been as sexually hharassed as I. Garbage disposal was used, even though they charged me for a new one. Toilet flange in 1 bathroom was incorrect. New toilet leaked! Other toilet was too big for the space even though i made them aware of limited space. We couldnt close the door! Duh! Lines for the washer were incorrect ones. Stopper on garbage disposal was not installed. One line wasnt even touched even though i was charged for it. Supervisor had to return at least twice to correct what the 1st plumber did...or didnt do. I had to hire another plumber to check out their work & he found that 1 line wasnt changed out even though i paid for it to be changed. I still have to call, for the 6th or 7th time so i can get some $$ back on used garbage disposal! I doubt i'll get that back. One thing i was told by office staff was, "buyer beware".

Once the solar panels were moved, my husband questioned their decision to replace the existing 2" PVC pipe with 3/4' copper tubing, but he was told that this would be better.  As he suspected, the smaller pipe restricted the water flow so the solar was unable to heat the pool.  There was also leaking where the copper pipe met the existing PVC.They returned to fix the leaks and change back to the piping my husband had originally suggested, but charged for that service making the total cost $1,7054.They left a note on the invoice apologizing for damaging the roof in the process by pulling up boards that, had my husband been asked, (and he was home at the time) he would have said to use or leave as is, and stated they were not reponsible for this damage.  This cost us an additional few hundred dollars to our roofing company to repair the damage done to the roof and to properly treat the new boards that they had used. Phone calls to and messages left for the manager, Ed, to discuss our concerns and resolve the issues were never returned.We have other upcoming plumbing updates to complete but will definitely not be calling America's Best as it was actually the worst in terms of workmanship and communication.
