The door arrived in perfect condition, however the iron design was a complete reverse of what I had ordered. Justin agreed with me so I sent my order back to their office with my graphic showing the one I ordered and they redid my door. Jackie in the office was great about taking care of everything. Two weeks later, the installers brought it back and it is perfect. We love it more every day.

We purchased a front iron door, a courtyard gate and a rear gate from this company and have had great service on all 3.

Allied Iron was completely responsive to all of my questions and concerns about this project. They arrived on time and left the property just the way they found it. During the very difficult installation, they didn't so much as leave a hand print on the doors or anywhere on the walls of the home. They were polite, professional and very pleasant to have around. I would recommend Allied Iron to anyone considering making esthetic or value improvements to their home.

Many options to chose from; designs, handles, colors, glass, screen and more. The folks there are great to work with. The doors and gates are built right in Tempe. You get an invite to check out your door to insure it's right before it's finished and delivered. Kyle runs a good show and is a people person. Jackie answers the phone and does the design drawings. She is 'Super'. Of the three installers that came I met Sylvester and DeDe. They did it right, were pleasant and efficient. Thanks all! Oh, the price? Well you can spend what you want but the product is well above the rank and file retailers offerings and at NEARLY the same price. We are 100% satisfied and everyone that enters our remodel is impressed and asks...'Where did you get those doors'? You won't be disappointed. LOL! One thing, they changed their name from Allied Gate to Allied Iron. I think they should have changed it to: Allied Gateways & Iron or Allied Gate and Iron. Their call :)

They provided excellent service and a beautiful, well made door. It has changed the whole look of our house, both inside and out.

I purchased an iron gate and front entry door from Allied several years ago and was happy with workmanship etc. When I did some remodeling I wanted an iron grille for a large window so I called Allied. They promptly sent out a sales rep who took measurements and pictures but who seemed not very enthusiastic. He said be would get back to me with an estimate. He did not leave a card or other info. After a couple of weeks with no contact I called Allied and spoke to the sales manager who said he would check and get back to me. A week later and still no response. If this job was something that they could not or did not want to do, common courtesy of telling me would have been nice. This is appallingly bad customer service. I be very leery of using a company that has so little regard for customers.

Everything was done excellently. From the estimate, which was right on the dollar, to the final execution. We were asked to come in for a final look at what we wanted/ordered and the nearly done door. It was great. While the cost may be a bit pricey, we were looking for more than just a screen door, we wanted security. It turned out perfectly. The installers were on time, my thanks to them as well, no marks on the walls nor was there a mess left. Neat and tidy. Very professional.

Wonderful experience. The attention to detail was amazing! Everything went like clock work and the outcome was better than expected. The door is a very high quality, custom door and the installation was quick, efficient and they were very clean. I will definitely use them in the future.

I can not say enough great things about Allied Iron. They came out on time during every visit and listened to our wants and needs. They designed the perfect front door for us. They were always extremely punctual and arrived when we had scheduled appointments. The install was quick and easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am in LOVE with my new front door - it may be my favorite part of our home!

I wanted to replace an old wrought iron door that enters a courtyard in front of my house, as well as possibly add a short border fence. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and he later came out to my house to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. He also worked around my work schedule. Kyle was professional and friendly, and took the time to talk about options as well as offer recommendations of what would work best. Once it was clear what I wanted, Kyle provided blueprints along with the cost estimate. The price was very reasonable and it was helpful to have a sketch so I knew what to expect. I ultimately decided to go with just the door. The turn around time was quick. I opted for a powder-coated door with a security screen. The quality is excellent and it looks fantastic, adding a lot of curb appeal to the house I contacted other companies, but am very happy I went with Allied, and highly recommend them.

They kept us informed each step of the process. It did take awhile for the door to be completed but the workmanship is excellent. It was defiantly worth the wait! The installation crew was great and the installation only took 3 hours . The door is beautiful and if we need anything in the future we will defiantly go with Allied.

They never over stated anything during the process, What they said they where going yo do they did.

Went GREAT! Greg was super responsive in all phases: measuring door, communication during fabrication and installation. We are beyond impressed with the service, the communication and of course, the door. The hard ware, attention to detail...even the screen on the door are of the highest quality. They even took the time to re-key the lock on the security door to match that of my front door (and other entry doors to house!) = HUGE HUGE help; it's the little things, ya know? Thank you!

Everything was very professionally done. From the initial phone call, to the estimate, scheduling and install. Absolutely 100% satisfied with Allied Gate. We wanted to upgrade our front door to a iron/glass front entry and had gotten several quotes that were outrageous. The mini grand from Allied Gate was a fantastic option, and turned out beautifully. We also had a matching security screen door put in for the side patio, which worked out great. There was a minor issue at install when we discovered that the glass insert was not the one we selected (apparently due to a vendor error), but this was quickly rectified. We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend to anyone.

In a word, fantastic! Allied Gate did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. Very professional at every step of the process. Door was installed with no mess and no dry wall or paint touch up needed. They produce a quality product that looks great!

We LOVE our new door! It is not only functional, but beautiful as well. We researched a few companies before choosing Allied Gate to fabricate and install our new front door. The deciding factor was when we visited their showroom. It was definitely worth the trip to Tempe to see the different designs and to get an idea of how they fabricate the doors. We really like the fact that they are a local business. Allied Gate was professional from start to finish. They even measured to see how high I could reach so that I could easily open the inside latch for the mini grand. No step stool needed! As a realtor, I know that we have added tremendous value to our home. As a homeowner, I couldn?t be happier with the product and the company. Thank you Allied Gate for making the entrance to my home not only beautiful, but affordable too.

The door was ok was with a couple of exceptions that the installer is supposed to return and fix. But this company did not return calls. Then when final payment was taken the $500 Visa card that was used for payment must not have worked and without our permission they used our debit card which was used for the down payment to complete the transaction. If they would have called, we could have figured out what the problem was with the card we gave them or we could have given them our charge card. But now we are overdrawn thanks to their act. Their failure to return our calls prior to installation and their acting on their own without our permission to charge our debit card for the final payment is bad business. We would never use this company again nor would we recommend this company to anyone we know.

I made an appointment at the Phoenix Home & Garden Show for Allied Gate to come out and give me an estimate. Don arrived the day of the scheduled appointment and we reviewed the different door designs and we chose one that we liked. The door arrived approximately 6 weeks later and was installed but unfortunately, a couple of the spindles vibrated when the door closed. Allied Gate sent someone to check it out and I made a couple of suggestions to add some scrollwork to the design to help stabilize it. Levi had me come to the shop to see how the scrollwork would look and approve the change, they made the adjustments and reinstalled the door a few weeks later. I appreciate their patience in making sure that I was happy with the security door. This is not an inexpensive purchase and is one of the first impressions my guests have when they walk up to the front door and I want it to look nice and I will enjoy using it in the spring/fall when the weather is cooler and we can open up the door to let a breeze in. Thank you Allied Gate for working with me to get the door to look great! I appreciate your attention to detail and you have a happy customer!

I rated this company mostly a C because of the sales consultants and customer service. First there was the initial sales consultant who wrote up the contract. He assured me that he would be in contact with me and if I wanted to see the fence prior to installation I would have the opportunity to see it. After i sent my deposit, i never heard from the guy. This was May 16. Around June 5 I decided to call and email him to find out what is going on. I get an email back that the first sales consultant is no longer with the company and that it will be the full 10 weeks before i receive my gate. No proactiveness with this company. Since the guy left, they should have immediately contacted his clients to let them know who would be handling their account and assign me to someone else. The gate was finally installed on July 28. The installer put the closing latch on the outside instead of the inside. When I asked him he showed me his paperwork. I looked back at my original paperwork and the latch was to be on the inside of the gate. I called the office and the front desk rep was very nice and put me on hold to find out why that happened. She came back to the phone to say that the tech installer said the inside latch would not work because my gate had to be installed at an angle (I knew about the angle, but no one made me aware that the latch would not be on the inside because of it). The customer service aspect is not there with this company and that is very big with me. Keeping a customer informed especially when changes are made should be communicated to the customer. I could have went with another company for less money for the same thing.

Overall good experience. Security door turned out great and the company was responsive to all of our questions. Time frame is a little lenghty but I suppose that should be expected when having a door manufactured from scratch. I just felt somewhat uncomfortable with paying half the balance due and not hearing from someone in quite a while. But after all was finished the end results were satisfactory! I would recomend that anyone should feel comfortable with using this company.

They do good service and I had no problems with the gates from the last time they fixed it. I am totally satisfied with them.

Our door installation went far better than expected. The cost was much less than several competitors that we priced. We had the door modified. It was exactly as we wanted it. They do the design and send it to you ahead of time. We went to the showroom to check out the quality. Their standard grill work is an upgrade to other company's. The door was installed promptly on the day specified by a very polite workman. We are very pleased with our purchase and delighted with the look of the door. We still can't believe the price we paid and the excellent quality of door we received.

Did very good work and made sure we were satisfied. Came back 6 months later to fix small problem with latch at no cost. Would use again for sure.
