They stole my money. First they scheduled appointments which they didn't make, then they didn't show up, then they didn't return my ~4 calls and extra texts to both of them for 1 month!

Following their initial appointment in which I purchased the 3 year service agreement, they have been a no show. I contacted them several times in the Fall and Spring for a check before Winter. Never returned my phone calls. In May I called to schedule a check prior to the full summer heat. They schedule an appt in May, then called the day of the appointment because Jason was sick and rescheduled for 2 days later, then they no showed. I called several times a day for 10 days and never received a return phone call. I finally gave up and turned it over to my father to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contrators. Before submitted the complaint, my dad gave them one last call (from his phone number). Hmmmm, they returned HIS call. Jason apologized and scheduled an appointment for July 1st between noon and 2 pm. They never showed and never called. And now, he is no longer answering or returning calls from my fathers phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
