They were very good. They were very knowledgeable about their work. They did really good work without having to tear the house apart. They did a perfect job cleaning up as well. They were a bit expensive, but at the end of the day, if you want people who are really good, you have to pay more for them. I don't mind paying a bit more to get somebody and not have to deal with the headaches. They were really excellent. They installed a system downstairs, and I liked it so well that I asked them to come back and hook up the system upstairs as well. One of the receivers upstairs was faulty and gave out after a few months. When I called them about it, they immediately came out and installed a replacement for us. They really stood behind their product and their work.

We started with a 5 year old security camera that quit working (and the original company out of business). And even worse a home security alarm that started going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Scared the s**t out of us one night and we even called 911! We contacted AIE and first met Patrick. The first thing he did was to quickly arrange for someone to come and evaluate the problem with the alarm. It turned out to be an easy and inexpensive fix. Patrick was knowledgeable about security cameras and we chose a Point, tilt , zoom.(PTZ).with a DVR which we can control with our phone. Amazing. Patrick also listened to us about our home entertainment difficulties. He patiently explained to us many options, including the Control4 system. We were hesitant so Patrick arranged to have us visit a customer that had one in operation and meet David. They showed us how it actually worked, and how it would fit into our situation. In addition to the Control4, we decided to get rid of the bulky speakers behind the living room couch and install in ceiling surround sound speakers. Brian and Tommy worked hard, did a great job, and when they left yo couldn't tell they had been there for many hours. And Jason came to see how the job was going. Patrick was always punctual, work was done when it was scheduled to be done, and Patrick was involved every step of the way. There is no question that AIE is customer orientated. We are so pleased with our security and home entertainment system. It has been worth every penny. We would consider AIE for any future work and highly recommend them. And DO listen to Patrick about the advantages of the Control4 system.

They were good and I really liked them. They were great guys. They installed my system almost three years ago and every time I had a problem the follow, the response and the quality of what they do has been impressive. They installed my devices but didn't sell them to me.
