Description of Work: It's not what they did but what they didn't do. Try to get a hold of a local rep or the local salesman that sold you the system. Also, try to get a maintenance contract on system after signing contract and the salesman doesn't let you know it may be available. Try to get a timely response by a local technician.

Description of Work: I have been using ADT for both my homes for over a year. I had no problems, up until today. I had changed 3 sliding doors to French doors and needed ADT to alarm the new doors. They took a week to come over, and when the service was done the alarms didn't work. I called and the soonest appointment I could get was in 5 days. The phone representative was not helpful, although he did try to get my alarm system to work. Oh well.

+ -1 moreOUR SALES REP WAS WONDERFUL. WE HAD A FEW CHALLENGES WITH THE REACTIVATION OF OUR EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM. OUR INSTALLER LACKED EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK, BUT WAS VERY DILIGENT. THE SENIOR TECHNICIANS SENT TO ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES WERE VERY SKILLED.
