It's my opinion to stay away from this HVAC company. After years of dealing with nothing but problems with the Trane Unit Accurate installed, I would not recommend this company.

After my Old Trane AC died on me this summer, I used Angie's list to shortlist 3 providers. I wont mention the other two, but, one was the top rated AC company on the list and the other was a company I had used for the last 10 years for maintenance and repair. After doing my research on the the compressor and furnace ( Fixed vs variable speed, tonnage, warranty etc) , I found that Accurate Air gave me the best quote. Installation was performed in one day. They were punctual. They helped me fill out the rebate papers. I plan to use them when my other AC conks out eventually.

Provided good service and information on our system.

This company is very fair in their pricing, professional, and follows through on any concerns that may arise. I like this is a family-owned business and the personal touch that comes with it. I highly recommend them to others.

Price to replace air handler was not acceptable.

There was nothing much to like or dislike, it was a normal service call. There was nothing outstanding about it and there was nothing bad about it either. Their price was about the same as the others. I wasn't home when they came out.

Very professional… Technicians know exactly what they have to check and they gave few suggestions after inspection… Thank you very much for your help :)

Request for appt. was scheduled several days in advanced. Received reminder call on day before appt. and time frame tech would arrive. Tech call to inform us of exact time he would arrive. He completed inspection in timely manner and gave us assurance our system was in proper working order. The charge was as stated on a coupon we obtained through Accurate Air web page. It would be more convenient for us to have a shorter time frame where we are waiting for tech to arrive but, we understand this may be nearly impossible to achieve.

I live in a two story house, which was poorly designed. Accurate Air Conditioning installed a new heat pump, and have maintained it ever since. Also, the owner of the company is savvy about home design, so he has been very helpful with problem solving regarding air flow in my home. He hired a subcontractor who helped me enlarge the ductwork, which has improved everything.

Everything is fine, and we are very well satisfied with their service.

They were efficient, and their work turned out fine.

We are very pleased with their service. They are always pleasant and professional; we'll continue working with them in the future.

I called one afternoon about 4:40 and got a recording that their hours are 8:00 to 5:00. If I was calling between those hours, they must be on the phone with another customer, please leave a message and they would call right back. They didn't call until the following day. When I asked why they didn't call the previous day they said their hours are 8:00 to 4:30. I told them I was going to make other arrangements.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC AND UNBELIEVABLE.

ACCURATE AIR RESPONDS QUICKLY TO SERVICE CALLS, AND THEIR REPS ARE VERY POLITE AND VERY THOROUGH. WE HAVE SMALL DOGS WHO THINK EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THE HOUSE COMES JUST TO PLAY WITH THEM, AND THE REP WAS NICE ENOUGH TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DOGS, WHICH MADE THEM VERY HAPPY.

THEY WERE MOST COMPETITIVE FROM TWO BIDS RECEIVED FOR TRANE. PARTLY BECAUSE WE WERE CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOR 21 YEARS, THEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY TO REPLACE OUR AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM AND FURNACE, DURING THE HOTTEST PART OF THE SUMMER.
