I ordered a 2LB R22 from Ability Refrigerant (order#58625) on August 20, 2023 and to date I have not received my order. I have called twice and was told that UPS messed up the deliveries for not shipping and on another call was told that the false tracking number was in error because they did not have any product to ship. After checking my tracking this morning and realizing that the tracking information is just like it was since August 21, 2023, I sent Jeff Dawkins an email to cancel my order and refund my money and he has refused to do that saying that my product had shipped and I should reject it when it gets to me which is blatant lie. It was never shipped. What Ability is doing is unacceptable and unethical. I have a right to cancel my order and get a refund and they cannot force a product I no longer want on me due to their unethical practices.
Description of Work: Add refrigerant to HVAC system.

Took 10 days, never shipped my item, never picked up the phone and finally after multiple voicemails refunded my money. Simply terrible!
