+ -1 moreI called Dave because I heard a leak behind the wall in my kitchen. He tried to find it, but couldn't quite pinpoint it. He suggested I call Precision Locating Service to find where it is, before it became a larger problem. PLS came to the house and gave us a pretty good idea of where it was, but couldn't be positive. He and I called Dave to discuss some of the funky repairs that had been done on the house before we moved in, by a previous plumber. Dave actually dropped what he was doing, and came back to the house. After about a half hour of consultation, they found the leak and Dave proceeded to fix it. The experience was more like neighbors coming together to fix a problem, not just another repair guy. Great experience!
Description of Work: I have used Dave several times for my business and personal plumbing services. He is very professional and experienced. The last time I used him, he worked side by side with a company he referred to us, to find a leak. Both companies came out twice to make sure the diagnosis was correct and the problem was fixed. Dave is very fair in his pricing as well. I will continue to use him and absolutely endorse his services.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the plumbing on the water softener. I called AAA Plumbing since he was the one who installed it several years ago. I had used him a couple of times previously and he always did a good job. He came out Friday afternoon and said it needed a bypass assembly. He said he would pick one up Monday morning and finish the job because it was the supply line that was leaking. I never heard from him again. I called twice on Monday and twice on Tuesday and never received a call back. I then made an appointment with All About Water. They came out the next day and fixed the problem which happened to be a cracked fitting and not the bypass assembly.

+ -1 moreI needed a bathroom faucet changed and new handles put on the water supply connection to the washer. Unfortunately, the plumber was unable to change the bathroom faucet because, according to him, the "bolts were frozen." He was also unable to fix the connection to the washer because he did not have the correct parts. I had the feeling that he was not interested in completing any work for me.

+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBERS HAD COME OUT TO MY HOME AND DISCUSSED THE APPROACH TO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY HAD DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

+ -1 moreDave has done work for me many times over the years and always does a first class job for a fair price. He is on time and professional - although he is not the greatest at returning voice mails - I think it is because he is so busy.
Description of Work: Installed a vertical spa shower system in master bath. I had cut away the wall material so he had access to the pipes - he routed the main shower head, shower wand, four body wash outlets, selector valve and main control body.
