A1 CARPERT AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

The work is amazing - the difference in the carpet cleanliness. The two guys were polite and respectful. They did some work beyond the offering we'd bought; the incremental cost ($25) was completely fair. They warned us about potential damage if they did a particular carpet and suggested alternatives (we had them clean it anyway, the result was fine). They used clever protective devices to make sure their hoses didn't scuff any corners they need to round. They did have a little bit of trouble with punctuality - twice. They called pretty much the instant they should have arrived and advised a delay; that delay became a bit longer so they called AGAIN - and they were 20 minutes later than even the 2nd estimate. That really isn't a big deal; they explained that an earlier customer had asked them to do significantly more work than they'd initially signed up for (and the company had scheduled time for) - means they go out of their way to make a satisfied customer. And they comp'd us with a bit of extra service to compensate for the re-re-schedule. Next time we won't wait 7 years to get these carpets cleaned, and we'll have this company do the work.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEN TO EVERYONE I KNOW. I WOULD HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
