 + -1 moreThe guy is great. He shows up every week. We've become friends, because he's a good guy. They were originally with the previous owners. They were very highly recommended. I never changed the contract.
Description of Work: They clean my pool once a week and in the winter months it's every two weeks. It's $50 per visit, they use chemicals and cleaning.

 + -1 moreThey were with the original owner. I don't know how long they were here. I have not a clue. I got here December 23, 2015 and it was already just in place. These people show up. They were very highly recommended and I never changed the contract. I just let it continue and just turned it into my name.

Description of Work: I hired this company to get my pool ready for the summer swim season and then provide weekly pool chemical service. I asked them to get the Kreepy Krawly working again and clean out the cartridge filters. The Kreepy Krawly quit working, after a day due to a hole in the vacuum hose, and I had to call them back and let them know. All they did to fix the hole, was remove that piece of hose. Service was supposed to include chemicals, and cleaning out the baskets. During the first couple of weeks of service I noticed that the pH was not in balance (I admit I checked up on their service) and there was way too much chlorine. Also, they only emptied the basket at the skimmer, not the pump.

 + -1 moreThey've only been here twice so far. They called back promptly, came on time, were very polite and good at explaining everything. I'll report back when I've had more experience with them.
Description of Work: Complete weekly pool service, including cleaning, chemicals, etc. If they install a cleaner, the price for chemicals will be much less than the full service, and the price they quoted for a cleaner is much less than the last company I worked with.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE RESPONSIVE, THEY CALLED IMMEDIATELY, THEY ARRIVED TO QUOTE AS THEY PROMISED AND APPEARED TO BE A COMPANY I MIGHT USE. I INTERVIEWED THREE PROVIDERS AND CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE SERVICE.
