I paid the first deposit to my house on October 9th I got a cease and desist on October 31st from the owner of the commercial location where my business was going to be and immediately canceled the contract no work had been performed and the contractor cannot prove any cost associated with this project. I have had to move to a different city to open my business. I have just signed a lease and a commercial location.
