We were going to have multiple jobs done, Siding, facia, soffits, windows and rain gutters with covers. Had good experiences with the girls in the front office and with the gentleman that came out to measure (I even helped him measure). However it was a totally different story with the gentleman overseeing the job. I called in to talk to someone about an issue I thought we might have with insulation and was told I would receive a call, which never came. I went to the office today to put a deposit down and to get clarification on possibly adding to the job and making sure everything was ok. The office gal told Trent that I needed to talk to him. He came out acting put out that he had to talk to me. I tried to explain to him what I thought might be needed. He gave me an attitude and proceeded to argue with me (the customer). I said then come out to the house and see what I am talking about, he then told me he could see what type of person I was and that they didn't want to do our job. Now he doesn't know me from Adam and even if I didn't know what I was talking about he should have handled the situation better. He managed to get me to be as rude as he was and that's not easy. I do not normally express negative experiences, but this was beyond that and very upsetting. I am glad that the company is doing so well that they can treat people like that and turn down decent sized jobs. I noticed that the negative reviews all have Trent as the common denominator. If I was the owners I would take a good look at that. I do not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated respectful.

Arrived on time, completed work in time estimated, cleaned up all debris. Work was of excellent quality.

They were very good to work with. They gave us a great price on a difficult job to remove two old layers of shingles and install new shingles. During the job there were a couple of issues with rain leaking into the home, but they came out each time to address and take care of the problems. Our home has very steep angles on the roof, making it challenging to install the new roof... but they were able to get it done and it looks great! We are very happy with the new roof and very happy with the experience overall.

I like to start by saying that I use Angie's List because I have been burned by contractors so often, I read the reviews and go from there. My first acid test is did the contractor show up as scheduled for the estimate and if not did they communicate about a new time. I I looked on Angie's List on 7/22/14 for a contractor to seal the roof vents and chimney on our rental cabin. I found All Custom was listed so I sent them an email through Angie's. less than an hour they responded by email, less than an hour after that Trent called and said he did service my area and had been there the previous day. I told him I had been given the recommendation for the repair before we purchased the property on an inspection, he asked if I would send him the inspection and I said I would as well as a time the property was empty so the estimate could be completed. I sent the report as well as a date for the following week that the property was empty, I canceled that one two days before because of a renter and rescheduled the following week with a window of three days 8/5 through 8/7. Trent never responded by phone or email, I called on 8/11, the woman that answered was friendly, said they were sorry, he would be out there that week to take care of it, I verified there were no renters and committed to the estimate again. On 8/25 I called to ask about the estimate, this time the woman who answered was argumentative, said I wasn't on the schedule, I explained the whole thing and she said it must have been Trent, he was on the phone and would call me in no more than 5 minutes. Today is 8/26, no call no communication. This company does not really understand customer service, I would not be willing to bet their work is any more complete or focused.

Basically we put an addition on it and it was done with some higher ends and there were some errors made so I had them come out and fix it. The best thing about them is they know what they are doing. They're a little high priced but you get what you pay for. There's a lot of wanna be carpenters around here but All Custom Exteriors did good work. If I have a problem and it's something that they do, then I would use them again. They're not the fastest in the world to get a hold of but I live out in the middle of nowhere. Just the fact that they were able to take care of me was nice.

Job appears well done and please understand they are more of a New Construction company than a repair company. The workmanship is right on. Only problem comes down to communication. I have learned in my years you get what you pay for but they seemed a little pricey. I was happy to pay though considering the options. Overall well done. I was in a little panic because we had bad weather coming and it was a bad leak so admittedly I may have put a little pressure and should not have. Absolutely would highly recommend.

They were timely and professional. I liked that they gave us a few different choices and were very honest on the time warranties and which were best bets. I would and will definately be using them in the near future.

I hired All Custom Exteriors to install new metal roof on my home. They were very quick and I like the job they did. The roof was perfect. It was a very positive experience. When I had my siding put on they did a great job then as well. I noticed a small issue but they came back first thing the next morning (even at 35 miles away) and fixed it. They didn't even charge me for that extra trip. I will definitely use them again for projects I will have. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional.

They're very professional and showed up on time. They cleaned up after and the product was excellent.

Owner responded quickly to my request for a quote. He was very presentable and knowledgeable on all types of roofing. He provided a quote "on the spot", which was very competitive. He promptly answered additional questions after our initial meeting, and was receptive to my specific requests. He provided alternatives and had a solution for a situation which others declined to do. After my contract was accepted, the installation was promptly scheduled after the short wait for materials. The company utilizes different crews for each type of job (metal roofs, shingle roofs, siding, etc.). The three man installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They finished after one day (estimated at 1 to 1 1/2 days) and cleaned up before leaving. The company is supported by a staffed warehouse and showroom in Taylor, AZ. They install roofing, siding, gutters and windows throughout Arizona.
