Response from U.S. Stoneworks
Ms. [member name removed] is not telling the whole truth here exactly. On three diferent occasions she visited our yard and inspected the slab the Kitchen was made from. She had also selected this stone and color as it was offered her at a very discounted price as was the last piece of this color we had. This was very important to her do to her budget. The fissue she speaks about was always visible and as we had to make the Kitchen from the one slab of stone she was fully aware the fissure would be in the layout somewhere as otherwise the stone was not large enough to do her kitchen. Also after the install she notified us in a letter sent on the 11th she felt the stone was absorbing too much water when washed and we sent a crew back and resealed the stone for her on the 15th at no charge. After that we never heard anything from her until we saw this on the internet. We are a very responsive firm with over a decade of happy customers and we pride ourselves in doing quality work at very good prices. Check our contractors licenses and the BBB and you will see we have a sterling track record. So why Ms. [member name removed] chose to give the review she did I can not address really as again as I have stated since we resealed the job we have had no input from her. If she wants to contact us we urge her to do so and we ask that this review be taken off as it is is false and not reflective of the actual facts. Thank you.
