Description of Work: I called to get a quote for a new pool fence. Took me a couple of tries but I finally got through and appointment made. The day of the appointment I called to make sure we were still on (hadn't heard from them) and he told me, "oh yeah, I was going to call. I can't do it today." |My husband and I had already taken time off work and coordinated our schedules - which was very hard to do. He didn't even have the decency to call us - we had to call him. Unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had a custom gate made for the side yard. It operates like a fold meaning it has a hinge in the middle so we can open only 1/2 of it if we want. We use this area as our dog run so it it is perfect for letting the dogs in and out. |It is beautifully done. I would recommend them all day long. You won't be sorry

Description of Work: It was difficult to find someone to repair our RV gate. Triple A was willing to do the repair and did so in a timely manner. They were very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: We used Triple A Iron Works to installed a fence for our yard and a courtyard gate. Freddy and his crew did an outstanding job!! We had three estimates and decided to go with the middle estimate which was Triple A. We could not be more pleased. Each and every time I had a need to contact Freddy either by e-mail or telephone, he was very responsive. Freddy takes pride in workmanship which is very rare now days. I would highly recommend Freddy. If you're looking for someone who does what they tell you they are going to do, Freddy is your man.

Description of Work: We like our neighbor's gate so we asked them who made it. They said Freddy Aguero with Triple A Ironworks and gave us his number. Freddy said he would be here between 9:30 - 10:00 a.m., and that, if he was running late, he would call. At 10:10, after foregoing other errands to wait for him and not seeing or hearing for him, I called and left a message for him to call me. He called 15 minutes later (so almost a half hour after he was to be here) and said he was running "really late." No apologies, no explanation as to why he would be "really late." I mentioned that we had been waiting for him and reminded him that he said he'd call if he was going to be late. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule. With so many other quality workers out there making an effort to get our business and being considerate of our time, I said I think we would just let it go. Again, no apology for inconveniencing us.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with Freddy. We set the date and time for him to come over. I waited for him that day. He did not show up and he did not call to terll me he wouldn't be coming and I haven't heard from him since. A bad experiencer before we even got started.

Description of Work: I used Triple an Ironworks Inc to get the fencing done. They did the work two weeks ago. They also repaired the stairs.

Description of Work: I spoke with Freddy on the phone and scheduled an appointment for him to assess the damage and neccessary repairs on a section of fencing that had been vandalized at our condominium complex. We met on the property where he took the time to explain what he would need to do to make the repair. He was courteous, professional and informative.
