+ -1 moreTheir service is an a la carte pricing without extra trip charges. Call and ask for pricing. On the west side of the Valley Joe normally takes the initial phone call and he is the one that usually does the work along with a helper. As I said I have never had any problem with any job that I have called them for and always had excellent results. Were it otherwise I would not have used them 3-4 times over the past few years.
Description of Work: I have used Thunderbird Plumbing a few times, each of them with excellent results. I have used them to replace outdoor valves, replace indoor valves with 90 degree shutoffs, install a new toilet and replace faucets over the past 5-6 years.

Description of Work: Joe and his associate replaced the water main from the street to the front of my house it was originally pvc and was changed to copper. On other occasions he has changed out my electric hot water heater, and replaced and installed a new kitchen sink, as well as the faucet, and disposal. In all instances when he came out he was timely, and professional ,the job was completed with in a short time frame or at the day and time agreed upon, he does a quality job and I found his prices to be the same or less than other quotes that I received. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for my plumbing needs.

+ 0 moreJoe and his helper were very professional. He explained in detail everything he was going to do. His price was not the cheapest, but not the highest bid. It was very fair. I looked in to his contractor license and called the local HOA. He checked out fine. Joe gave me options to choose from. He had to return 3 times and was able to make it back within days of my request.
Description of Work: Thunderbird Plumbing, aka Joe Skok, came out to fix plumbing installed by a shady contractor. Joe figured out a fix as to why the kitchen drain was backing up and replumbed it, including the underfloor plumbing and the island sink vent. He also installed a drain air vent that was not re-installed by the original remodeler. This was in the master bathroom.

+ -1 moreI found Thunderbird Plumbing from Rosie Romero's list of recommended contractors. Joseph was on time and very professional. The job, as most plumbing jobs tend to do, became more complicated due to the depth of the sink and the deepness of the new disposal. Also, as long as I was already paying for a service call I added a number of other items to the job. Joseph had allocated a sufficient amount of time to accomplish my job, even with some unexpected issues, an be on time for his next call. I was very, very pleased with the work and eventual price.
Description of Work: Re-Installation of kitchen sink plumbing, faucet, disposal, RO unit and dishwasher after installation of a new countertop and undermount sink. Also replacement of a number of valves, cleaning of a drain and replacement of a toilet valve. The price did not include the purchase of the disposal or the kitchen faucet, which they openly encouraged me to buy on the Internet.
