It worked out really well. I went to several Home Depots and several Lowe's, the reason that I went with Home Depot os they had the product that I wanted but as well as they had a kitchen designer that knew how to run the program well, everyone else seems at fumble. I didn't want to sit there and watch them learn how to use their design programs. The prices was good and the quality was excellent. The other reason I went with a big box store is because I wanted to lower the risk of putting that sizable deposit down and losing it if a company went out of business.

They did an excellent, excellent, excellent job. We couldn't speak more highly of them. The cost was very good and reasonable. We did not put in new appliances because I didn't feel we needed them. They really helped us design the kitchen. They worked with my husband. I sort of knew what I wanted and I got everything. It was very painless. They cleaned up their mess. He was very fussy so there are not any spots in the kitchen where it doesn't match. It was a class act job. It was very, very well done. We would absolutely use them again.

The experience was uneventful. There was nothing good, and nothing bad. The interaction with them was okay, and they were in time for the delivery. The price was reasonable. There was a leak in the hose when they installed it, and we didn't notice it, until we wanted to use it. They didn't check their work.

We purchased a security screen door from Home Depot on May 19, 2013 and had decided to have The Home Depot install the door and called on May 27, 2013 and requested the install service and they charged my credit card $59.00 dollars to secure the install job. They then said they had to come and measure the door and I asked why as this is another $35.00 when I measured it just like they showed me in the catalog from the door manufacture which shows how. On top of that a standard door height is 80and quot; and one of three widths, 30and quot; 32and quot; or 36and quot;. Our door was 30and quot; X 80and quot; which is one of three standard door sizes. So after getting nowhere I said fine come out and measure it which was on June 20, 2013. They said they would be here between 1:00pm and 5:00pm and reminded me off their (Owner not a home Policy). If they show up and your not home you will be assed a $50.00 fee Well they did not show up or call wasting my entire afternoon. So I called The Home Depot and demanded $50.00 off of my install because I am going to charge the same amount I would of been charged if I would not of been home. They said they would do something as to this day don't know what it is as the door has not been installed yet. Fast forward to July 08, 2013 and despite talking on July 05, to the install department head my door has not been installed. I received a call on July 06, 2013 from another 3rd party The Home Depot contracts with to install the door. I call the number back on July 08, 2013 and get a message that stated (We are not accepting calls at this time),. I tried the number twice and got the same message both times. My wife called and the door is supposed to be installed this Wednesday July 10, 2013. In Summary The Home Depot needs to hire new personnel to manage their contractors they sub contract with to do installs as the current personnel are not doing an acceptable job, as From May 27 to now has been 42 days so far and the job has still not been completed. I should get the install for free after all I have been through.

It came out real find. However, there were a lot of coordination problems in between. There was some trouble with the subcontractors. They were real professional looking when they got through. The only problems we ever had were sometimes getting them there in the two or three hour window they provided. They worked fine and everything came out real nice. They did a beautiful job and their price was right. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I purchased a Security Screen Door 1 month ago from Home Depot in Surprise AZ. I finally got around to installing the door. After I drilled on hole I put my 4' level on the part that receives the bolt from the lock and could only get it level if it was way off. I stepped back an looked over the door trying to find the problem and discovered it was warped and then inspected the door and it was bowed in on the hinge side. I called the store at 6:15pm and told them I could not install the door because its bowed. I also pointed out when I bought the door a month ago along with a entry door for my shop that I had to rent a truck and it cost me $100.00 and should not be required to because their door is defective. A manager came on and I went over the problem again and he took my name and number and said he would look for one and call me back in a few minutes. About 30 minutes went by and he called and said he found another door and had it checked for straightness. He then asked if was going to be home and said they would bring it out within 45 minutes. I said I would be home and gave them the address. Around 45 minutes later they pulled in my driveway with a new door and took the defective door back. In summary within 75 minutes from the first call I had a new door delivered and the defective door removed. Now that is Great Customer Service.

I purchased a new LG washer and dryer from The Home Depot. The sale and service was excellent. We are not yet happy with the brand of washer we purchased. We are adjusting to the new product, it is not as fast as our old washer and dryer. The price was good. The quality of the machine looks good and everything is working on it. We also had them to install it for us. The gentleman who installed was very quick to leave.

The contractor for home depot(Stone systems inc) seems to have problems in their scheduling department.

I was disappointed and felt misled when the door did not fit my home! It seems as if he should have just told me up front that the door was going to be too small. He certainly KNEW there were going to be large gaps on both top and bottom.

INSTALLER WAS VERY NEAT AND COURTEOUS. DID A FINE JOB.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THEY WERE PUNCUTAL AND WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AS TO WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE OPENER.
