Detected and repaired leaks in irrigation system. Installed new controller.

George was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process (my husband understood and agreed), did the work which included digging and repair. We will be referring The Sprinkler Dude.

YOU NEED A SPRINKLER FIXED?.THIS IS YOU?RE COMPANY!!!! A+++++++++ AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING, and I couldn't even begin to put into words what a wonderful person Mr. Underwood is. I had been taken to the cleaners a total of 3 times in one year from people leaving cards on my door indicating they could fix my sprinkler, etc. I was out close to 4 thousand dollars by the time I joined Angie's List. George came out and looked around. He got my front sprinklers working the first day and diagnosed my problem. He returned and had to run wire under my driveway, re-wire other areas, put in new wiring and cleaned up 3 of the in ground boxes which were left a mess, applied tubing for the exposed wire, AND even straightened out the sprinkler control box that was placed crookedly on my garage wall. I hadn?t even asked for that, George explained that he is just a little Type A. Nothing wrong with that! I am so glad I took a chance on Sprinkler Dude LLC. They arrived when they said and I was able to understand the problem easily along with the necessary repairs. The estimate is what I was billed and it was a full 8-10 hours day job. My lawn is already getting green and all systems are working beyond my expectations. I didn?t even know I had that many sprinklers till now.

"The Sprinkler Dude" is awesome! We were having problems with our drip system that is 12 years old. George?s wife scheduled us the same day we called. George?s first trip to our home, he diagnosed and found all the licks and defects with the drip system and corrected them (all the time explaining to us why and what he was doing). We are snow birds so we really appreciated this. George is very nice, on time and efficient. Everything was working well until this morning when we woke up to standing water on the side of our house. George managed to fit us in today. He re-checked our system and then figured out the problem. Unknowingly, our neighbor had left his hose running all night and it had come under the block fence over to our house. George was very nice about the whole situation and didn?t even charge us a cent for his return visit. I would recommend George, ?The Sprinkler Dude?, to any Snow bird or Arizona resident. He?s honest, knowledgeable and an excellent worker. None Better!!!

A great experience. They came out and checked for leaks, set the timer (it was really out of wack) and plugged a couple of deadend drip lines. They made a follow-up call to tell me they were done and what they did. Highly recommend.

He was excellent. He came on time. There was nothing negative. He was a very hard worker. He gave us a good price. He worked diligently and he is a very nice man. I just have a good recommendation for him. We will use him again - we have already used him twice.

We called George around 10 a.m on 9/21/12 and he was out here about 2:00 p.m. When we looked at the system it was half new and half very old and there was a rather large leak on the pipe under the diaphragm. He spent around 2-3 hours digging up entire system, putting in new valves and pipe. He also checked each and every emitter, found and fixed problem ones and then gave us a tutorial on how to work the system on our timer. He was prompt, professional and answered every question we had. Very pleased that now we can have a normal water bill instead of the very high ones we had been paying for because of the system leaks.

I had purchased a foreclosed home and after moving in discovered multiple issues with my irrigation system. I contacted "Sprinkler Dude" who made an appointment with me that same day. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to inspect the entire system with me pointing out even more problems than I had originally noticed. He was able to fix all of it on the spot with parts he already had available on his truck and didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need. While I cant remeber exactly how much I spent, I do remeber thinking that his prices seemed reasonable.

Our drip irrigation system had been touched by a lot of hands over the past three years and didn't seem to be working properly. Some plants didn't seem to be getting any water and I had questions as to whether or not the controls were properly set. George evaluated the entire system, adjusted the controls (they weren't set properly), adjusted/replaced emitters as needed, and showed me how to make any system adjustments myself. I called him for this work because I had used him earlier in the year when a line on one of the control valves sprung a leak. He did a great job and instilled a lot of confidence, so I called him for this job. George is punctual, professional and pleasant. I found my irrigation system guy!
