George and Carrie are great! George was on-time, knowledgeable and professional. When I asked about another service, there was NO pressure to purchase it. I am very pleased with the service provided and will use them again!

The "Sprinkler Dude" fixed an issue that I had created, and did some maintnence while there, all for a service call. He is definitely a person I would use again!

George arrived at stated time and found control unit to be ineffective. Asked to see if it was under warranty since it could be replaced without cost. Since it was not, he quickly replaced the box. Following this he patiently helped us to re-program the watering schedule and then checked th function of each station. Highly professional and efficient.

He came when he said he would, finished the job and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the work. The job took 6 hours, but he only charged me for 5 because that was his estimate.

We cannot say enough about how friendly, efficient and professional this contractor was. We definitely recommend Sprinkler Dude and will happily use their services again whenever we need similar service.

Came out and installed new irrigation controller.

George was great! I needed to have work done to update the water line and wiring on my 15 year irrigation system. It was not an emergency but I was scheduled for service within a few days of my initial call. George arrived on time, reviewed the work and provided an estimate on cost and time to complete the repairs. He was able to complete the work that day and met both time and cost estimates. Everything works perfectly!! I will definitely call George again to repair my system.

replace 5 sprinkler heads and install correctly with PVC instead of the cheat rubber hose. We had water where it should not be. Not anymore George was a great help. I like him so much I pass his name onto my neighbor and he did some work for him as well.

It went GREAT. George fit me in the day I called and came by to see what the problem was. He quoted me a price and repaired my sprinkler valves and was gone in an hour.

I was very pleased with George and the quality of service he gave. Was very patient and gave me a crash course in the life cycle of sprinkler valves. When I am ready to re-landscape, I will definitely have George back out to help with the drip lines.

Before we had George out our landscaper added some new plantings. Well they did not do so well. George had recommended the drip lines to us and we saw the result of our bubblers not doing the plantings any good. So we called Sprinkler Dude again and he came ASAP. Again he worked the whole day in 115 degrees as neat and quiet as before. The job was done to our complete satisfaction. The reason I have not submitted this reviews earlier is I was out of the country for more than 2 months and just now found the time. But just to let everyone who reads this know: my plantings not only survived the summer - they look stunning and I saved on my water bill compared if I still had the bubblers. God bless George.

First off all he came when promised. He listened to all we wanted and since we were newcomers to AZ we needed his input. He advised us very professionally, not being pushy but down to earth. We had our landscaper tell us that everything was in good shape but we did not trust him since the main shut off valve was old and so was the whole system. We listen to "George" the owner and we were very happy with the work. He was very neat and we never felt so comfortable with anyone who worked on our yard before. We will always call for him if we ever change anything in our yard. We would highly recommend the "Sprinkle Dude".

I was very happy with the service George provided. He did a lot more than his competitors were offering for the price. He was very nice and professional. He took the time to answer my questions. He made sure everything was functioning correctly and aiming in the right direction. He considered all factors such as using a different head that would not spray directly onto the house or the block fence in order to prevent damage to the walls. Also, when inspecting our drip system we found a major leak. I did not realize how much water was coming out. So, before he left I decided to ask him if we could pay him to just patch that area for now so that we would not continue to lose a ton of water. I was thinking to schedule another time for him to come back. But George offered to just take care of it on the spot and he did not charge me any extra. That was extremely nice and we really appreciated it. Another thing that i liked was he wrote up a professional receipt for our records. He is going to prepare an estimate for replacing the drip system and replacing the remaining sprinkler heads with better quality heads. We will be using him for these projects for sure. Thanks!

I trust him. After the frost, a part on my irrigation valve was cracked. I received estimates 2x what the Sprinkler Dude offered for the same repair. An appointment was made, he arrived on time and repair has been quite satisfactory. A second time a used him to repair a stuck irrigation valve. Again, price was acceptable and repair made on time.

They were responsive, on time and walked the entire property with me. Found the major leak which was making the whole system in the front yard dry. Fixed it, gave me some tips and said if I needed anything to call them and they would be right out to help me. George started and finished within and hour and I would definitely use them again..

Everything went very well. George found the leak, repaired the hole in the hose and restored the area to its original appearance. He then went and checked all emitters to see that everything was functioning normally. He then when and checked to see that the irrigation was set correctly at the control box. I was very pleased with the work that was done. This is the third time that I used George for work and it is always done in a very efficient and professional manner.

He basically installed a new irrigation system with larger and better piping to replace a 25 year old system that I had quit using. The old system was a drip system and the weather and time had made it useless. George installed a new system with a spray type valve and a new timer. I now just have to let the system run 4 to 5 minutes every few days. He needed to replace the valves from the old system and replaced the timer. He also replaced some of the pipes, the water cutoff valve, and the hose connection at the entry point to the house. I don't have small plants, but do have some larger plants and the new system has really helped them grow and fill in even during the higher heat. And he can expand the system if I decide to change things in the future.

I have used George for a year repairing my system till I finally replaced it this year....I love George. He goes above and beyond for me. Always does a great job!!! I wont use anyone else!!

George made a separate trip to this house and provided me with a detailed estimate of what the job would entail a week before we scheduled the work, and it was clear to me that he was most interested in repairing the problem, not just selling new equipment or labor. He arrived early on the scheduled day and went about the business of fixing all the irrigation problems that the property experienced. He called us early that evening to provide a detailed review of the work performed, and advised that his invoice would be less than estimated. Showed up on time.... Completed the agreed upon and previously estimated work in a timely manner... Billed fairly and honestly... and was pleasant to contract with. What more can you ask?

Everything went according to plan. No problems what so ever. He is even going to stop by when in the neighborhood to see if it is watering correct.

Called before arriving! did a check of the system and found problem right away and took care of it. Fixed an area that we knew had a leak and also walked around checking for other possible leaks.

They did a great job. The overall job was going to take longer than expected so they mentioned that they would have to return to complete. Then they rescheduled some other work and completed the job that day. I was very happy with the overall work and would definitely recommend and use them again when needed.

As it happened, the irrigation system was still under warranty from the company that installed it. I told George's wife (Mrs. Sprinkler Dude) to send me an invoice for his service call but she told me there was no charge and to call them back if things fell through with the original contractor. It was very considerate thing for her (and them) to do and I understand now why they are so highly evaluated by other Angie's List users.
