I am a Realtor and have been using Sorensen for about 5 years now. Brian has done work on my personal property, my rental properties and my clients' properties. I never have to worry that he is making things up just to upsell us on repairs. I have had clients get second opinions on his work and what he recommends is always right. His prices are fair and his quality of work is outstanding. Sorensen isn't the cheapest place out there but they are the most expensive. This is definitely a true example of you get what you pay for. Brian will give you all your options depending on your budget. If you can't afford something now and there is a way to make the system limp along until you can afford it he will tell you. There is no one else I trust more to inspect and repair my HVAC systems. I just had Brian out yesterday to a home one of my client's is buying. He gave a full analysis of waht was wrong and always provides detailed notes with specs on every estimate he gives you.

The technician, Brian, arrived promptly and performed the inspection of both units proficiently and quickly. He communicated his findings well and informed us the older system which is mismatched and 20-30 years old, had several issues and may need replacement soon. Brian discussed options for future replacement of this unit with us, and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise. We will call Brian at Sorensen Heating and Cooling when this unit ceases to work for a replacement. We recommend this company to our friends and family.

We got a fast response to our call, he was punctual, friendly, didn't talk over our heads in technical terms, discussed the fix and completed the work quickly after authorization.

Brian from Sorensen's arrived on time and went over my system very carefully. He found the problem and fixed it right away. He was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. He even provided some tips for a more effective and efficient way to run the ac. While I only paid the home warranty fee, I would have been comfortable paying them the full price since I know he was not trying to talk me into more than I needed. As an older, single woman, this company was very refreshing in their responsiveness and professionalism. I will certainly use them again and will refer them to anyone who has ac or heating needs.
