We live out of State. Sonora cam out within 2 days. The technician met with our Realtor promptly and the designated time. The problem was assessed and corrected the same day. I was emailed the paid Invoice clearly documenting the resolved issue. The transaction was handled quickly and professionally. Very fair price.

I hired this company a few years ago to repair valves in my irrigation system that had broken and was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise they exhibited on the service call. Also, I felt their prices were very fair and did not try to "upsell" on additional services/items, that I did not need. On this service call, they repaired 3 leaks in the water lines. Again, the price was fair and they did a great job putting the rocks back when the job was completed. I appreciated that they were able to come a day early due to another customer's cancellation. This is a company that runs on great integrity and fairness.

From estimate to completion, Ryan and his team were perfection. A few examples: They took pictures of the placement of flower pots so they could be replaced exactly. They invited me out at certain stages to photograph the line placement for my records. Ryan programed the irrigation timer, discussed it with me and then noted the schedule on my invoice for future reference. All materials were high quality and expertly put together. Once they were finished, they raked, swept and hosed everything down. The yard looks better today than it did before they arrived. Hands down, the best irrigation company out there. Their attention to quality, communication and detail sets them apart from anyone else I have used in the past. Their pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend. I will use them when I replace everything in the back yard!

I don't think this service call could have been handled any better. Roan was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He explained everything that needed done and reviewed all items upon completion. We were very pleased and will rely on these folks for any future irrigation needs.

They are top notch! Hector and his crew were awesome. They all knew what to do and had everything done in two days. They cleaned up and put everything back so you couldn't even tell they were here. This is a great local company that does what they say they will, they explained everything and even suggested we take pictures so we know where everything is in the future. I was greatly pleased with everything.

From the initial meeting to the final run through, the entire operation was seamless and professional. They promised me that when they finished I would never know that a trench had been dug and my yard disrupted. They were good on their word and I was amazed that I couldn't tell where a pipe had been laid from my front yard to the back. The person who oversaw the estimate, installation, etc was very patient and helped me formulate the plan for my back yard, providing suggestions for the best way to provide water coverage. He was honest and provided ways to save money without cutting down on quality. The work crew was very professional and courteous and extremely neat. As mentioned previously, I never knew they had been there when the job was accomplished. I am very happy with the results, the price and professionalism I encountered. I will definitely call them again for any future landscaping issues.

Sonora showed up on time, did the work in the window promised, and left. Everything works as they said it would. They cleaned up after themselves. The entire process was very pleasant. I never felt pressured or hassled.

Initially, they made a bid that was too high and I declined. Later on, they came back with a bid that was cheaper and I went ahead with it. The work was phenomenal! I loved their workmanship and the quality was excellent. It was about 7 workers and they all were working. It was very refreshing to see everyone working. You're able to control how much water each plant receives. In fact, they were the one that told me how much each one need and set it!

It was awesome! I wanted a schedule 40 drip system to replace the cheap original drip system that had been installed by the home builder, Ryland homes. I got estimates from 4 different contractors and Ryan with Sonora was the cheapest and also estimated the system exactly as I wanted. No cut corners or inexpensive components (A bulletproof system that should last for many years to come) Their bid was professionally presented and it was also the cheapest! I had them do the work and I honestly expected them to leave the yard in some sort of disrepair or mess because of the extensiveness of the work. I have a 1/4 acre lot with 6 fruit trees in different places, and a lawn and numerous southwestern plants and trees. The yard is covered with a lot of rock and also has a couple of retaining walls that they had to work around and dig under. The job took 3 days, and when it was all completed, I couldn't tell that the rock had been moved and could barely tell that they had dug 2 different trenches in the lawn. (As the lawn fills in this will disappear in a couple of weeks) Really the only way I could tell that I had a new schedule 40 drip system in my yard was there are now the new heavy duty heads at each plant and tree. (Even a few extras in places where I might add a plant) I've only been in the Valley for 4 years and have had a lot of different contractors do work on my home during this time. The people that Sonora had work at my house were top notch, pleasant and just all around awesome! what a pleasant change from many of my other previous experiences! I heartily would recommend Ryan and Sonora Sprinkler Co for any yard project you might have!

The tech was great, he listened to us and then gave us suggestions on fixing the irrigation valve. He checked to make sure everything was working before he left.

Last year, we decided to spruce up our backyard landscaping. We had a few new plants put in and wanted a grassy area for our dog. Sonora Sprinklers came out and helped us with the irrigation updates. They were on time and very professional. They finished the work really quickly, too. They did such a great job that I sent them over to my parents' house shortly after -- they recently moved here from Las Vegas and had a backyard that was basically blank canvas. Again, they did a great job over there and my parents were very pleased as well. Overall, for anyone needing this type of work done, I would highly recommend Sonora Sprinkler Inc.

I worked with Roan and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was on time courteous and really asked questions to get to know you and make the visit personal. He did an outstanding job and did it quickly. He even did extra things like replace drip heads and give me some caps for the lines not in use. I can't wait for spring to put down some grass and have a beautiful green lawn. As well as possibly plant some new shrubs and a line tree.

The service man was very professional. Called 15 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the window promised. He was very thorough in his explanations and in offering us solutions to our issues. He was not trying to add on services or make sales pitches. He cleaned up everything and we were very satisfied with the service call. We will definitely recommend this provider to others and use their services again.

Crew foreman was courteous, understandable, and attentive to our needs. The crew was on time, hard working, and conscientious. Ryan, the supervisor/salesman, did his best to educate me as to what they would do while we were negotiating with two other vendors. We received quotes from a landscaper, Sonora, and one other irrigation vendor. Sonora's quote was between the landscaper and the other vendor. Ryan did the best job of explaining what would be done and because he was "hungry" at the time (late Nov/early Dec) he was very competitive - priced closer to the landscaper than the other vendor. Once his crew completed the work, Ryan walked me through each plant/head, changed a few heads to more appropriate volumes, capped a few heads that shouldn't need water, and completely explained the winter and summer operation of the controller. He was incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable, and patient. The yard looked better after the job was complete than before. It was a pleasure to work with supervisor, foreman and crew that care about what they do. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you.

Being a home owner for 46 years, I've had many workers in my home performing an assortment of repairs, installations etc. In September I decided to have a new irrigation system installed in both the front and back of my home. To select the company to do this, I went to Angie's List; got bids and selected Ryan Jantz of Sonora Sprinklers. It may be the best home related decision that I've ever made. Ryan's crew was extremely impressive. They arrived before expected;; efficiently worked in teams of two, knew exactly what I wanted; and left the yard looking better than when they first arrived. Ryan would come by late each afternoon; check the results of the crews work; and ask me if there was anything else that needed to be done. I thought that the price charged was fair and would recommend Sonora Sprinkler without hesitation. Ryan and Sonora Sprinkler should get all A's for price, performance and reliability. Our irrigation system was not working and we were leaving town in just a few days. Fortunately, Daren was quick to respond to our call and was able to come to our home the same day. He carefully checked each and every portion of the system, trouble-shooting to identify our problem. He was able to repair the problem and restore the system to fully functioning with reasonable cost for service. Daren was extremely knowledgeable and spent an hour and a half ensuring our system was operational. I will always call Sonora Sprinkler for any services related to the irrigation system in the future and have already recommended them to friends and relatives.

Ryan came out and gave a very thorough estimate and explanation of the different options available and the reason behind using the products they did. He kept in touch before all through the project which lasted about a day and a half. The crew was polite and professional and let me know exactly where they planned to dig. I did request it run a little differently because I didn't want it to run under some potential future hardscape. It was not a problem they relocated the run without hesitation. The crew showed up on time and let me know what was going on at all times. They left the yard looking better than when they showed up. The valve boxes look better than the builder installed and are out of the way.

The total job was very professional from the salesperson to the installers. The installers worked very hard, were polite and kept the job site clean.

I got a call on a Sunday night from a person who checks on my house (I am a snow bird) telling me that there was water leaking in the back yard probably from somewhere in the irrigation system. I called the water company and asked that the water be turned off. Monday morning, I called Sonora Sprinkler and Landscaping and explained my situation. Roan was able to get to the house later in the afternoon, turn the water on, and locate the source of the problem. He called me in Minnesota and reassured me that he had found the leak and that he would return first thing in the morning to do the repair. He had also discovered where rats had chewed some of the wiring around the solenoid valves, and told me he also planned to fix that. The next morning I got a call that all had been put right with my irrigation system, including problems that I hadn't known about. The thing I worry the most about in leaving my house for the summer is the irrigation system, so I am very grateful to have Sonora Sprinkler to call on when things like this happen. They are responsive, thorough, and very reasonable in price.
