Prado Pool Remodeling and Repair

Pool Folks of Phoenix, AZ referred me to Mark Prado to repair cracks in my Pebble Tec. His father and grandfather are pioneers in field. Mark, himself, has over 30 years experience and it shows in his execution and leadership of his team. I texted Mark on a Sunday evening to arrange an inspection. He was able to inspect my pool on Tuesday morning. He was extremely generous with his time and knowledge, addressing all my questions and concerns. Due to the extent of the cracking of the Pebble Tec, I was convinced that I would need a full replacement. Mark provided me with the pros an cons of crack repair vs total resurfacing so that I could make an informed decision. He neither lectured, persuaded, nor scared me into making a decision that would cost more money. If anything, he assured me that the crack repair alone would be sufficient. I ultimately decided on the full resurfacing. He immediately started the process. Marks team are a very respectful, hard-working, and skillful group. They too were very generous with their knowledge, answering questions I had about the process, especially Mike. Mike explained to me the pros and cons of the different Pebble Tec color options. He also took the time to demonstrate techniques how to remodel my pool decking, which I have applied and seem to work great. While Mark's team is very hard-working and skillful, Mark was on-sight to help ensure quality control. He would carefully inspect the site and intervene when necessary. Mark not only excelled onsite but offsite as well. He was always quick to respond to my phone calls and texts when I would share a concern or question. What makes this even more impressive is that he continues to do this now that the job is complete! I have received several compliments regarding the end result, including from the team that is now maintaining the pool chemistry. They were very impressed with his teams work as well. Mark and his team are rare find. They are honest, hard-working, and passionate about their craft and about providing quality customer service. I would highly recommend this team for any pool repair/remodeling project you have. I would like to add that neither Mark nor any of his team ever asked me to write a review, unlike many other contractors with whom I have interacted. I consider it a pleasure to write this review.
