+ -1 moreIt was put in wrong and broke. I was over charged for the plastic pullys. I had to have someone else come out to fix it because he refused to come out and fix it.

+ -1 moreIn summary, we were quite pleased with the work New Life Blinds did for us. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and we would recommend the company to others.
Description of Work: I called the company to get an estimate on cleaning ten honeycomb window blinds. In addition, I asked about repairs to some minor problems we were having with the blinds. Mr Gardner provided detailed information on the cleaning process and repairs. We also discussed the time-frame for completing the work. His estimated price for the job seemed reasonable. We scheduled a day for him to begin the work. He arrived punctually and removed the blinds to take to his shop. Mr. Marshall was professional and we appreciated that he took care not to disturb or damage other furnishings while removing the blinds. He was quite personable and informative on what he would be doing. The Blinds were returned and reinstalled the same day. We were very pleased and surprised at the improvement in the appearance of the blinds. They had been installed before we bought the house and were in extreme need of attention!
