Albert did a great job. He is extremely competent, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. His price was very reasonable and he came over to the house to accomplish the work within a few hours after I called him. He drove a long way from his last job on the east side of Phoenix over to my house on the west side in order to get the job done within my desired timeframe. He had all the tools and equipment with him that he needed to do the job and has upwards of 30 years experience in the installation and re-laying of carpet, tile, and wood laminate flooring. Albert has a very friendly and easy-going disposition and he communicates very well with his customers in a friendly and honest manner. His work is of high quality and his prices are quite reasonable. If he can't do a particular flooring job himself, he will honestly tell you that. But he also has an extensive network of other contractors who he knows in the flooring business and who he would recommend to do that particular job. I feel quite comfortable in recommending this contractor to anyone else who might need any type of rug repair, stretching, or installation.
Description of Work: Albert Martinez (Martinez Installations) is the sole owner and employee of this flooring company. I contracted Albert to stretch and re-lay some carpeting in my living room and dining room which had become loose and detached from the tack strips around the carpet perimeter.
