+ -1 morehe technician was on time and professional. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He also cleaned the cartridges. The job was never quoted by time only a flat rate, but the technician was here for about 2 hours completely looking and checking out the pool cleaning and filters. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreOn the appointed day, Corey, the Leslie's tech, came to our house and spent an extensive amount of time explaining how the pools systems worked. He identified some issues we needed to fix, including some bad "o" rings and a failing controller for the cleaning system. He showed me how to fix everything, but advised me to go to Leslie's and pick up the parts and do it myself. We followed his instructions and it was amazingly simple. Now our pool is crystal clear and we are extremely pleased with Leslie's Swimming Pools. Thanks Corey and Kelli!
Description of Work: I recently purchased a home with a pool. The former owner didn't leave any supplies and the pool had not been serviced in a couple months. In addition, this was my first pool and I was clueless. I stopped by the Leslie location in Surprise and Kelli fixed me up with a hose, vacuum and scrubber. Rather than trying to sell me something high end, Kelli helped me figure out what I actually needed. She also suggested we use their "Pool School", which seemed like a great idea.
