KTAG Alarms

Originally was just going to install some ethernet cables to my home office. Since I knew that this was an alarm service I inquired about that too, I liked the proposed Honeywell system and the price was good so I went with that also. Was a very good experience, no high pressure sales. Arizona has a 3 day wait period on alarm install contracts, Kevin left all the paper copies of the signed contract with me until he came to do the job, no high pressure here. The alarm panel was professionally installed where I wanted it, installation looks very nice. Kevin monitored the system for a week before it went live with the monitoring service so he was able to make any tweaks needed in the programming. You own the alarm system which means no long term contracts on the monitoring service, it's month to month and very reasonably priced. The price is guaranteed for 3 years. Has smart phone alerts and you can also arm/disarm from your smartphone. This has been very handy at times, like when we had the Roomba vacuum cleaner running, left home and it eventually set off the motion sensors. Alarm monitoring service has been very responsive, also.

When he arrived he explained how and what he was going to do in detail. He was very careful not to step on my small dogs. He proceeded to do the install which took till 3pm. Then he proceeded to hook up the monitoring station with his laptop. The next step was to program the security codes and then to show the functionality how everything worked. I was impressed how everything came together.

Kevin took time out of his schedule to provide the name of another company to do the video portion of our work. He was very honest and I would not hesitate to hire this competent guy for home or business burglar alarm. Very trustworthy

KTAG Alarms installed our home security system several years ago. We got a smoking deal and were very happy. The original work involved a complete internal and external cable wiring for 8 exterior cameras, interior motion detectors, door alarms, the whole nine yards. The technician, Kevin, was prompt, professional, and courteous. After the installation, he took the time to show us how the DVR worked and how to switch between live and recorded views. This past April, our cable company came to fix our cabling, which wasn't working. Instead of using the existing cable drop, they hijacked our alarm system's cabling. The cable company came out and fixed their part, but then I could no longer view our exterior cameras through the TV. I called KTAG, and they came out right away. They fixed the mess and got everything working again. I couldn't be happier with their work, and will use them again if needed.
