Description of Work: He installed a new variable speed pump I purchased and changed a couple of other fixtures in my pool. He also drained and acid-washed the pool. Nathan was professional but seems to be busy a lot so he missed an appointment once but that's ok I still entered a monthly contract to care for the pool with him.

+ -1 moreI had received several bids on fixing my green algae ridden pool. The equipment had broken this winter, and nothing was cleaning it. Even ultra amounts of chlorine wouldn't do it. He explained the process to me and what it would cost. None of the other vendors I spoke with would do that. They all told me, it would cost $X to drain, and we can't tell you what else it will cost once it's drained. I knew that if they came back with a high number, I would have to pay it, since a pool finish can't sit in the sun for very long. Krystal Pools gave me a price quote right away, and I said yes. He finished up in two days, just in time for my daughter's 16th birthday party.
Description of Work: Krystal Pools took my pool that had been sitting all winter with no chlorine or acid, and transformed it into the pool it used to be when they built it. He was very reasonably priced, and in fact was less expensive that had I done it by myself with chemicals. He was so great about everything, that I wound up hiring him for the weekly service (which I rarely do). He drained, powerwashed, and acid washed my pool finish, cleaning it back to it's original color. My pool looks beautiful again!

+ -1 moreNATHAN COMES TO OUR HOME WEEKLY TO TAKE CARE OF OUR POOL. HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND NEVER MISSES A WEEK. THEY PROVIDE THE CLORINE AND CLEANING OF OUR POOL AND ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WE ARE COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM IN OUR HOME.
