Irish Pests, Weeds and Termites was great to work with! I am a consumer who fully expects companies to do exactly what they say they will do, and I was not disappointed in contracting Irish to treat my yard for weeds. Irish, the owner, did the work (2/10/17) and his last words were: “It was a pleasure to serve you.” Based on what I experienced, that was more than a catch phrase. This company takes serving its customers seriously. Katrina was prompt and courteous during the scheduling process, I received a phone call when Irish was on his way to my home, he was on time, and I observed a big part of the work that was done. It was done with care to my home and possessions, weeds are all gone, and a week later there are no signs of new growth. I was given a guarantee that if any weeds popped up in the near future, they would come back out to treat them. It doesn’t look like I will need that! Rates are very reasonable and I am confident you will get the same great service I got. I plan to make Irish Pests, Weeds and Termites my weed control vendor. Thank you Irish!

I was impressed with their work, but I would not hire again because they were way too expensive. I purchased an Angie's List Discount Coupon to try them because they got great reviews.

Provider was able to eliminate ants, crickets and spiders. No termites or other pests were detected. Irish is very knowledgeable and has a passion for his service. He took time to explain options, treatments, and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend.

Irish and his office were very easy to work with. He was prompt in arriving for both the initial estimate and for the work. Irish gave us clear information about the termite treatment and made sure all of our questions were answered. The cost was reasonable and the warranty we received provides added peace of mind if future termite activity is found.

The gentleman was so fantastic. He sprayed heavy set. I didn't have any spider bites or anything running in the grass with the extra needs children who were at my house. He really took extra care to do it. They did a wonderful job. I have used them before. I thought the quality of work was excellent. We would use them again.

We have a contract with them. There was a slight misunderstanding because we were getting quite a few weeds coming up. I thought they spray every single time, but they do not. They spray only once a year. The other times they come out, they just hit the weeds that come back up again. He explained that to me. It was something I did not know. I guess I will just have to call them more often when weeds come up. They could spray a little heavier. When we first got them, they really sprayed heavily and we did not have much in the line of weeds at all. I must admit I guess I misunderstood what they were doing or something like that. The second year, their prices went up dramatically and it seemed like they were not using as much spray. So, I felt they could just spray a little heavier to start with if they are only going to spray once a year.

Irish came out promptly to analyze and treat for termites which we had seen around our home. The treatment he did was efficient and thorough. He was very professional and we believe a very honest individual helping to eleminate our problem the best way possible. I would highly recommend this company.

Nearly 11 years after my last termite treatment, I discovered a termite mud tube extending out of a garage floor seam. It seemed an odd location and while there were no other signs of infestation in or around the house, I didn’t want to take any chances. I researched Angie’s List and chose Irish Pest, Weeds and Termites for their high ratings on it and other sites. They quoted me an estimate over the phone based on my home’s square footage. The quote seemed reasonable, and they could send someone that weekend. Irish Doherty, the owner, arrived in the scheduled window and started a thorough examination of the house and yard. He was very nice, answered all of my questions and recommended next steps without any pressure. I opted for the termite treatment with the free 10 year warranty. Irish completed treatment within a few hours and afterwards showed me where and how he had applied the the product. I’m very pleased with the service and the results. Irish Pest, Weeds and Termites’ high ratings are well deserved!

Irish came, exactly when they said they would be here, did a complete inspection & found activity we didn't even know existed. Then the foundation was trenches and a spot was drilled. Everything was professional and he keep me posted all along the way. When he had to drill the tiled back patio, he did it so you can't even see it and it did not crack the tile! When he found a large area under the house that was able to take chemical, he filled it up so we were sure to get the entire foundation saturated with the chemical and eliminate the termites for good! Everything was great & so was Irish.

Our home sits on a large parcel of land. We had Irish come out and we could not have been more pleased. Best weed control we have ever had and the best company to work with. Irish used appropriate amount of application, spent an exceptional amount of time to complete properly. Excellent!!

Irish, the owner, came out the following week to perform the organic scorpion treatment inside and outdoor of our home. There was no up-charge for the organic treatment, nor for the larger lot that we have. Irish was very informative of the process and chemicals used, and was very thorough. The treatment left a pleasing odor of peppermint throughout our home, versus the chemical pesticide odor I'm used to. The treatment seems to be working so far.

Excellent service and very professional. Very honest and thorough job, all the weeds were gone within a couple of days. The owner explained a couple of options to take care of the weeds and what he recommended and it did a fantastic job. Very happy with the service we were provided.

When the representative arrived, he explained that we had an unusual infestation they could not effectively treat. Instead taking my money for providing a service that wouldn't do any good, and then later pointing out that any remaining creatures where not included in the guarantee - they gave me my money back and suggested other companies. That's a CLASS ACT!

Great. Owner came out verified it was termites, explained treatment and warranty. Office staff very professional and courteous when scheduling. Owner came out and did treatment, again very thorough explaining what he was doing and showing finished work. Cleaned up area where he had drilled and put dirt back after trenching. Very professional and friendly.

Weed free for 6 months and still going- very satisfied!

I hired Irish Pest Weeds & Termite last August in response to their coupon for weed elimination. At first, everything seemed to go well. They came on time and the person doing the work was very friendly and knowledgeable. Four days later, my ENTIRE lawn was completely DEAD. Yes, the weeds were gone but so was everything else. I had 4000sf of nothing but brown, dead grass. I contacted Irish Pest Weeds & Termite and the owner came out to inspect my lawn. He told me that the person who did the work was no longer with the company and evidently, he must have sprayed the wrong chemicals on my grass. To his credit, he did come out and did his best to remedy the problem. He sprayed additional chemicals/fertilizer to neutralize the other chemicals and aerated my lawn (which I paid additional for). My winter lawn looked fantastic. Greener and more lush that it had been the past few years. Zip to the present and now it is time for the summer lawn to return. After the winter lawn died out, I did everything you need to do for the summer Bermuda to return: Proper fertilization, watering and waiting for the warmer weather to return. Nearly a month later, my lawn is still a barren waste land. It is completely brown. The Bermuda grass is dead. I have contacted several other landscape companies and have received quotes ranging from $300-500 to scalp, aerate, fertilize and reseed my lawn for new Bermuda grass to come back. I wanted to wait until now to write this review because I wanted to see if my summer lawn would return. It hasn't. As I stated earlier, I do give the the owner credit for trying to make it right by coming out to fix the problem. However, I still have a dead lawn. I will hire a different landscaping company to do the work. Unfortunately for both of us, I would not and do not trust them to return and fix this problem.

Arrived on time and was very personable. He said we did not have any serious issues and recommended a general pest application. We were very pleased with our service and would definitely use again.
