Irish has been very dependable. I pay annually and he services my house quarterly. If needed, he will return and retreat.

Preventive sprays not very effective. Called back out a few times. Still missed a few weed patches. Manager came out and sprayed with sterilant. I wish now that soil was not sterilized but in year I should be able to plant again.

The provider was on time and was very informative about what the service would cover and went right to work spraying all of my property for weeds. The provider told me what I should look for if I have a problem with ants and said he did not see a termite problem. I have used services in the past who I feel took advantage of me. This provider was honest and answered all of my questions. I would hire this service again and recommend this service to anyone. A+ on this provider.

Great, on time, very thorough, professional and friendly. If weeds do come back within the quarter all I have to do is call and they come back to spray. Note if you pay for the year you get a sizable discount

Irish has successfully controlled the weeds for the last two years.

We weren't able to be home, so we arranged for my husband's father to be here to ensure work was completed. He got here a little after the crew had already arrived and said they had sprayed the front yard. They completed the backyard while he was here (which is essentially all pavers with a raised planter area along the back fence.) We had thought everything was done well at first, but within a month lots of the weeds in the front yard started to come back (it's a rock yard). Due to an extremely busy last two months (my husband and I are both teachers and parents to school age kids) we have not had time to try to call the company to have them respray. Since this was supposed to kill all of our weeks down to the roots, we would hope they would offer to do so. Since we never called them to ask, I can't say that they wouldn't have come back, but we probably would try another company next time.

First time they were on time and quick. When some weeds popped up a few weeks later we called them and they set the first available date and time to come back out and spray. They were informative and when done said to just give us a call if any weeds show up after this treatment. Their professional attitude was enjoyed.

It went great. Irish is one of the very few businesses that uses a mix of 3 chemicals. As a result you don't have to water your gravel/rocks afterwards in order make the weed spray function. One application does it all. Highly recommended!

Irish was able to come out the same day to investigate. The swarm had moved on But he checked under the roof tiles and between the woodwork and stucco along the roof line. He was on time, courteous, and very helpful. I am very pleased and will definitely call him again when I need help.

The owner, Irish, actually came and provided the service. He is very thorough and professional. He is also very knowledgeable about how the services his company provides, will work, what is needed. Everything they do comes with a warranty. There was an area I thought that was damaged by termites. It turns out it was water damage. He could have told me that it was termites and I don't have a lot of experience with the little buggers. He showed me at the base of my palm tree what the entrance to tunnels look like. Then I was shown a queen that came out of the hole when he sprayed. That one was near my house. So I ended up getting the weed control, termite treatment, and pest control. Like I said it is all warrantied. I will be using this company.

We've been using Irish for several years now. He is one of the best providers I have chosen. We have a quarterly treatment done outside. He offers organic or traditional. Both work great. In general, no bugs for 3 months. There have been a couple spot treatments in between but one of those, as an example, involved ants crawling along the wall from my neighbor's house (who never treats her yard) 4 feet up, to reach a bush that had some type of bugs they were attracted to. They were out the next day to treat the walls. Most recently we discovered termites. They were out the next day (on a Saturday) to take care of it. They use Termidor and had the best price/warranty ($750.00 for 10 years with no annual fee) I could find. Because of my past experience with them, I felt confident they would do a great job with termites as well. So far so good. I haven't seen any termites since. I should note the first time I used Irish, we had a bee problem at our front door. They were at our house a couple hours later, that same evening, to take care of them. At that time he explained they did pest control, too, so we took him up on it that same night. I honestly can't say enough about them. They have the best, most prompt customer service, and integrity which is not typical today. They stand behind their work and are always happy to help the second you call. This has remained consistent over the years. I would recommend Irish Pest, Weeds & Termites all day long. Thanks, Irish, for all your company does for us!

These guys did good work. Had them termite treat our house. We have A LOT of animals and they were very sensitive to our needs protecting them. Thanks Irish !

I simply contacted them about the issue and instead of offering to help with these (guaranteed services), the woman that answered the phone threatened me saying they would not work for me if I ever complained again. I felt that my email was pretty straight forward and not in any rude manor. I simply wanted to let them know they killed my entire yard, not just the weeds. I did not find this to be professional at all; the guys that provided the services were nice but the quality of the work and the damage it did, as well as the customer service , I would not recommend.
