Irish Pest Weeds & Termite

Everything was great! From beginning to end Irish was very communicative and provided on time and complete services as expected. Initially, I kept having trouble with my schedule and needed to reschedule a few times and mostly last minute. I have to be home when we have service because we have a pool and a secure gate. He was very accomodating and offered early morning, evening and weekend hours to help me. We were so pleased we are having him back again now to take care of the Pest Control as well as adding Weed Service. The last several months we have had very strange weed problems. I am not sure what kind of mutant weeds are growing this season, but the impossible to deal with moss like green growing all over our desert landscape makes it look like our rocks are covered in moss. This makes our HOA very unhappy! Our yard crew can't seem to handle it at all! As soon as they remove the weeds and spray, it still somehow all grows back in a matter of days. I have every confidence that Irish will have no trouble getting rid of it once and for all! After meeting him, I would not hesitate trusting him with our gate code, as we do all of our long term service providers. He is pleasant to deal with, readily available, prompt, trustworthy, reasonably priced and provides a service guarantee. He also offers local coupons and service discounts. I can't think of a better combination of traits in a home service provider. Highly recommend to all!

It went great! Owner did work personally again and he is very nice, pleasant, professional, and helpful. He used a different product this year in hopes I wouldn't feel sick like last year.....and no problemo this time! : ) YAY! He did weed service last year for the first time. I then did organic pest service 6 months later for yard crickets and ants. Now weed prevention again. I trust and appreciate Irish like no other. He has been there for me with whatever I need when I need it. He seems very good-natured, caring, and in good spirits most often and wants his customers satisfied and happy - Which I am. : ) My sister was here and met him and she really liked him, too. All was great. I have been using this provider for about a year and the results are great. No more pulling weeds out of the gravel front yard or from the back yard anymore. No worries about bugs due to the quarterly spraying.

Irish was very responsive and was able to come out to our house the day we called him. He was in contact with me throughout the day to confirm what time he was coming - after my work hours which was convenient and coincidently is the best time to remove bees. He was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend his company and use him again if we get bees (which I hope we don't!)

Great! He calls when our 3 months is up and schedules to come out again. He is prompt, polite and thorough. On the first visit he made a few suggestion on how we could help ourselves, such as better insulation around doors, to keep pests out. We still see other creatures in our yard, lizards, rabbits... I really am glad to have found someone to help control the unwanted bugs without totally killing the yard.

Irish contacted me and did the work himself. The spray he used was very effective, because the ton of weeds I had at the time were dead within a week. Thank you!

I called Irish and left a message on the phone number listed on his website. Irish personally contacted me within an hour of leaving the message. It was nice to have the owner/technician contact me instead of a secretary that doesn't know anything about pests or weeds and tells you to "just explain it to the technician when he shows up for your appointment". I had several questions regarding both conventional and organic pest control products. Irish explained them in detail. Irish also mentioned the fact that they were "golf course certified" which is something you don't hear too often when dealing with weed control problems. Irish explained the cost of both the pest and weed treatments and also told me ways to save money on his service. They have a kids coloring contest that is worth $25 off, coupons online, etc. I also liked the fact that Irish's company is a locally owned small business. I spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with Irish while he explained everything and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service. Irish came out personally and treated my yard for both pests and weeds. He was very considerate of our organic trees and garden. I have had several different pest control companies come out and service my property, but Irish did the most thorough job, hands down. I won't hesitate to call Irish in the future for any pest or weed control issues.

Great! Irish is very polite and professional. He is very thorough and diligent in his work. I had weeds pop up after the rain and he was very responsive in coming out the next day to spray. I am very happy and would highly recommend his weed control services.

I'm busy and don't always have time to call, so I was thrilled they scheduled via Angie's Mail. I've had providers give me a very hard time with not being able to call during business hours so this was a plus for me. I had another company spray (and charge twice as much) a few months ago and bugs never really went away and continuing service cost was pricey. Irish is no contracts or commitment.

Called about a bee problem. My call was returned within the hour and he showed up that evening. Explained the work that would be done concisely. He explained other services provided for pest control so we also chose to have him spray around the house with organic pesticide as our store bought treatment seemed to have become ineffective. All done that night. A+ customer service. Not a bug to be seen and the bees are gone. I'm impressed and would highly recommend.

Irish is a TRUE example of the 3 P's -- Prompt, Polite & Professional... it was a treat to have someone who was so obviously putting his customers first and had a great product as well... we will certainly be recommending him to all of our friends and family!

Irish removed a huge bee hive in July and we had several bees flying where this hive was. I called Irish and he responded that very afternoon. These bees were not aggressive but he dusted where they were and there are no bees now. He always is courteous and knowledgeable.

Irish is great, he communicated with me quite well and often. He even came out during the evening to do the service quickly. Great job, good service and great communication.

Couldn't ask for better service. Irish was personable, thorough and very helpful. You know right away the guy is shooting you straight and giving you the honest truth. He could've charged me for what i thought was a serious pigeon problem, but instead he explained to me what was really going on and gave me some thrifty tips on how to deal with it. It's rare these days that you find someone who's not just out to get your money. I won't go with any other business in the future.

We called Irish for bee removal. He have us a great flat rate over the phone and came that night! We had already had a bad experience with someone we had hired off of Craigslist a day before but didn't really help the problem. Unlike our Craigslist guy, Irish was extremely knowledgable and thorough! He sprayed inside our wall for bees, removed the honey comb inside, and applied a deterrent to keep them from returning. Irish saved the day! We will definitely be using his bug spray services in the future!

So afr so good-the weeds have been kept under control and it has been 2 months now.

From the moment he came into our home he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. My wife and I were very satisfied with his work; he seemed to know his business and you could tell he took pride in his work. Even after he was finished and I was paying him, I said to him " I should have had you spray the little patch of artificial grass." He promptly rose from the table and proceeded to mix more pest control solution and treated the patch of artificial grass; that was impressive! Not many companies go that extra mile, but Irish did! I will use him again and do highly recommend his company!

I loved the service. He went out of his way to get there in a timely manner. When he got there, he was extremely professional and polite. He was a very, very nice person. He listened to what I wanted as far as the weeds and he actually went a little extra over and he killed an Oleander for me which I've been trying for years to get out. I mean, he just went the extra mile. He was very professional, very personable and very good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The service was provided within 3 days after I signed up. I thought the price was very reasonable for what he did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was good. We have not had any problems yet. They did a good job and they seemed to understand what we wanted. They seemed knowledgeable on our type of lawn. It took a little while for us to connect initially.

Initially there was a communication problem regarding when the service would be performed. Plus, when I called there was the suggestion to purchase the additional service. The date was was confirmed, and the service performed; however, I contiue to have a weed problem; thus, wonder if the additional charge was worth the cost. I would not recommend them to others, and will look for an alternative to my weed problem.
