IRISH was on time and provided very detailed explanation of all services that he would be performing. took the time to check out all of our problem areas and explained them to my wife Would highly recommend IRISH for all pest and termite services

They were prompt and I was able to schedule for a time and date convenient for me. There were four workers, all were friendly and informative.

IT WENT VERY WELL. I HAVE BEEN NEEDING TO GET THE HOUSE SPRAYED ESPECIALLY AFTER ALL OF THE STORMS AND CAN ALREADY SEE A DIFFERENCE NOW THAT HE SPRAYED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. HE SET IT UP SO THAT THE OFFICE WILL GIVE US A CALL IN 3 MONTHS TO SCHEDULE OUR NEXT VISIT THAT'S COVERED. WE'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

The technician did a thorough inspection of the yard and inside the garage and entry areas of the house. He provided information on the types of pests that were commonly found in the area, and where and what to look for if we thought we had a pest problem. He sprayed a chemical based pesticide in the yard and garage but used a natural pesticide around the inside of windows in the house. He let us know that in future we could ask for an organic pesticide (orange and pepperment based) rather than the one he was using that day. And stated that the natural pesticides where just as effective. I would have liked to have had this information before he started spraying our yard. We were concerned about the impact the insecticide he used was going to have on the harmless and beneficial wildlife in our yard.

About 30 minutes after buying the deal I received an email: "Thank you for purchasing this deal on Angie's List. A little about us, we are a pest, weed, and termite control company. Angie's List has asked us to fill a need that they have. We are willing to try this out, but understand we are not professional landscapers. We are more than happy to get this service set up, we are looking to get services scheduled as soon as October 21st. I also need to inform you, this deal does not include the seed nor the topsoil. We are asking customer to provide the seed and we will aerate and do the over seeding." No where in the deal was it stated that I had to supply the materials like the seed and the topsoil pure false advertising on their side to get money! A few days after getting my refund I received a call from the manager, and he explained to me that Angieslist came to them with this offer to help them get ratings and business. I am disappointed in angieslist that they do things like this, I will be canceling my membership with them over this.

All services were completed exactly as I asked and in the timeframe they promised. I will be contacting them again for some trimming and other work.

I thought it went very well. They did a great job. It is refreshing to have a young man working so hard to do good work for his customers. Irish has the best price and warranty (10 year) for termite service and uses the best pesticide and does not drill holes in your foundation unless necessary. I had my house done 5 years ago by a different company which used an off brand product, drilled a bunch of holes all around my house and charged almost twice as much with only a 5 year warranty and had to come back and spot treat every 3 months. I will say that Irish is converting to a new computer scheduling program and they are having temporary scheduling problems. I would recommend calling them the day before to confirm your appointment until they get the bugs worked out.

It was great. They did almost everything that I needed in the time allowed. The bushes and trees look great. Irish was very friendly and explained what they did and what their company does as well. Was a great deal.

medIt went great. Very thorough and brought to our attention potential problems. Irish knows insects and their habits and the proper way to handle them. It was not a hurried treatment. They took their time and informed us every step of the way.

I had a wasp nest in my Myoporum which i need trimmed back. They responded the SAME day i emailed them and came out two days later (they only missed a day because we had a storm coming that night). He showed up, said what he thought, and got it done. The price was right, the job was done, and these guys on on the money. Great job! If I have any future issues i will just email them and get it done.

We are new to Arizona and unfamiliar with the pests here. We lived in a log home before moving here and have always used a pest control company. Tanner was unbelievable. I was talking to him while he was getting ready to do his job. When he was ready to start he told me to tag along with him and he would explain exactly what he was looking for and what I could do to mitigate problems In the future. He told me if I ever had a question about any bugs or critters to just contact him or the office. He said that if I could send a picture it would speed up the analysis and he could then give a more accurate description of the problem and how to treat it. As it turned out I found a big bug the day after he was here, dying of course, and I sent him a picture. Within minutes he told me what it was and what should be done, which was not to get to excited and see if I found more. After this exchange we are going to go with this company to do a quarterly treatments. I felt he was very honest and not pushy to upsell us on their services. He said that we live here all the time and the better he informs us on what to look for the easier his job was to treat the problem. He explained what chemicals he was using and what options were available that were more natural. He also explained the benefits of each option. A+++

Cleaned up my entire yard, after the storms in Tempe az there was debris everywhere, they worked hard and completed the work and then some. I understand they are a pest control outfit and I will be looking for there stuff here on Angies list, if they did such a good job here, I'm sure they are great at pest control.... Also, they completed a Termite pest and weed control inspection... Polite, courteous, professional and yes, I would definitely use them again...Thx, Dino

They told me that this was a new type of work for them (usually just pest and termite). They were very conscientious and did an excellent job. They did not know how to prune rose bushes, so I will do that. The rest of the yard looks great.

We purchased their $99 special on Angies List. We were contacts the next day with an offered treatment date. We confirmed the date was OK and set a time between 2-4 pm the following day. Their tech Tyler arrived at 3 pm and identified the weeds we had and treated all four of our grass yard areas - one of our front yard areas had an area of about 10x12 feet that was especially bad. Tyler was professional and considerate. We have a 90 day warranty, so we will be monitoring the grass to make sure we don't have a recurrence of weeds - at this point, only time will tell.

It was a very small operation and it was kind of disappointing. The guy was very friendly. He came in and did the application at 7:00 at night to do weed. He did it with a flash light which was unprofessional. We have a couple cactus out front, and he stained the cactus because obviously he was doing it at night, so I wasn't too thrilled about it. They have called maybe 5 or 6 times leaving messages, but I just ignore them. They weren't very professional. The guy was very nice, and he was a hardworking kid working all odd hours, but you don't want to do weed control at night using a flash light. I wouldn't recommend them. I would be embarrassed. He charged me extra $20 because I was on the end lot, and it is not maintained by me, it is maintained by the association. He said it was a larger lot. The application worked other than the over spray on our cactus which is still stained up to today. The price was fin until he bumped me $20.

First Tanner answered all of my questions. Was on time and professional. Then treated my home and my property with pest control services. He explained everything and even gave me some tips on how to keep Arizona pests at bay.

I was very pleased with Irish Pest, Weeds, and Termite. I had another company doing my pest control and had them come out in June to take care of the ants in my office. I was getting bit by them even a week after they left. I started service with Irish Pest, Weeds, and Termite to take care of my ants. The day Tanner came out to do service was the last time I saw those ants. I have not been eaten alive in my office by these ants since. Tanner did a fabulous job on taking care of my ants!!

I didn't get their service. I hired them and the day they set up the appointment, I was in the hospital but I told them my friend was going to be there. My friend was there all day and then finally they called to cancel about 4 hours after they were supposed to be there. I didn't make a big deal about it and told them that it was okay. When I got home from the hospital, they never called me back. After about 3 weeks, I decided to give them a call. They set up a second appointment but nobody ever came out. My kids and I were kept waiting. We didn't even have breakfast because they said we had to leave the house for around 4 hours. They were supposed to be here between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning. We didn't live until 11:00 or 12:00. I had to get back because my kids were hungry. We got another company to do the job. The people at Irish Pest never called me. They never attempted to come out and do the job until maybe a couple of days ago. As I was on my way to Georgia, they called me to get feedback on the service like they had performed it. My interactions with them over the phone were good. Overall, the lady that I spoke to was helpful. It seems like they tried to do everything on their part to get the service done but I don't know what was going on over there. The last time I spoke to someone, they said they had to let the person that answers the phone go to one of the technicians because he wasn't showing up to his appointments. As far as speaking to them, they were kind. I never got upset with them and our conversations are normal. It seemed like they cared about getting someone else to come to my house but it never happened.

Mr. Irish performed a quarterly weed service. I see less weeds after each service. His staff is cordial on the telephone and Mr. Irish is punctual and arrives on the agreed date/time.
