Irish Pest Weeds & Termite

The person answering the phone doesn't know what they are doing apparently, they should know who is going to be on vacation before scheduling appts.

Irish speaks bug and he even helped me with a reoccurring problem that nobody else could give me help with. I would definitely recommend them. They are always on time and they are so pleasant to deal with.

Great company and great service. He treated our home for termites and gave us a 10 year warranty . The termites are gone. He also sprayed our property for pests and they are gone too. I must say I was impressed with their services. Irish was not only nice but he was very knowledgeable and did a great job as well.

They just charge it to my credit card and come out about every three months to do the inside and outside of the house.

They didnt come out when they were suppose to. I called them all day. I called six times, and they never answered the phone. They told me that they were at my home and they were not. Later they said they didnt have my phone number.

This service worked really well I will not be having a problem with weeds for a while. I am very happy with the results. They did give me a time window between 9 and 11 and didn't show up until 11:15. It wasn't a big deal for me because I have a house guest at home that would have been there during this time anyways.

This company has terrible customer service, after being given a five hour window a week ago the technician called to say his vehicle wouldn't start and we would have to reschedule. I got nothing but a run around from the office and could not get a hold of the technician and they are not open 24 hours like it says, the office closes at 4:00. I left a message and the owner called me after-hours but was confused, thought he was calling someone else. I explained what had happened and he offered to come out tonight to service the house but when I indicated that I might take him up on it he started back pedaling and explaining why that would be inconvenient for him. Maybe they do good work but something was sure off today. Would never recommend them. I called "Master Tech" pest control and they are sending someone in the morning, no wait of a week and they also have only a two hour window instead of five.

The communication wasn’t great but the service was good.

It went well. Irish is a nice guy and did a good job. Trenched around the house, drilled through concrete, treated inside foundation cracks. I'm assuming it all works as advertised--we have not seen bugs since, but we didn't see many before. We are renovating the house, so we had termite treatment done while baseboards and flooring is out of the house.

They did a great job of cutting back all of my plants and bushes and cleaning up the yard, in general. They completed the entire job in the time allotted by my Angie's List coupon. They also gave me some good tips for maintenance follow-up. I was so pleased with their work that I'm bringing them back later this week to trim two of my palm trees, thin out my lemon tree and put down pre-emergent, in my yard. I've also decided to change service providers and have them take care of my regular maintenance. Total cost for everything, including the Angie's List coupon was $260.

It turned out not so well. They just did a shoddy job, they did not clean up after themselves, and I had to go and repaint the outside of the house a little bit. I wasn't pleased with the job at all. The price was great, that was why I went with them. They used to advertise a lot more, like $700 for the same type of job. The only reason I had it done is I have termites 10 years ago and it has been 10 years since I had the treatment so I thought I'd go through Angie's List when I saw the advertisement. The older company was pretty good but his work has left a lot to be desired. They didn't think it was advertised, the same thing as I had 10 years ago. They were very sloppy. They were supposed to be here at one time but they got delayed for something else like there was another job. They were late for a day coming.

This was a big deal purchase and it went alright, I guess. They did the job and did it efficiently. My wife says she definitely would use them again.

This company treated the entire exterior with termidor. I bought this house a little over a year ago and have had three instances of termites resurfacing after the house was treated twice in 4-5 months before our purchase. The prior pest control company clearly wasn't doing a thorough job nor using the proper pesticide, which wasn't termidor. Irish was very prompt in getting in touch with me initially, made an appointment with me that required very little wait time and kept their appointment as promised. The company was even shorthanded, yet still showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. They even did a thorough inspection of my attic due to the prior infestation issues. I really appreciate the time they took with their pre-treatment inspection and education.

Very nice and professional. Explained thoroughly about treatment and options and what to expect.

They did good, good for the price

It went okay. There was a little delay because they had some machinery breakdown. The interaction was okay. They were very business like. The price was alright.

This man speaks "bug". His knowledge of their habits and their anatomy is amazing. He solved a problem that I have had for years that other companies said couldn't be fixed. It was $99 for a quarter of a year and I didn't have to sign a contract! His service men are friendly, drug free and punctual. The extra bug service was free within the time span. I would highly recommend them! A's all the way!!

They arrived the day they promised and did a thorough job of trenching, drilling, and applying chemicals to prevent termite activity. I was worried about the drilling through the grout on our saltillo tile but they filled in the holes and you have to really look hard to see where they drilled. This is a treatment we have been thinking about doing for quite some time and when Angie's List offered the deal we felt it was time to take advantage. John and Irish were both very helpful, personable and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time and were able to start evaluating the house and begin work quickly. They were well prepared and extremely easy to work with. The work went smoothly and there were no complications or complaints that I was aware of. All in all, I am happy with their service and performance. Will definitely refer them to family and friends if the need for termite treatment ever arises.

The entire process went great. Scheduling went well. They called prior to arriving and arrived on time. Due to the layout of our backyard they had to go around a narrow path between the house and the pool which was about 3 feet. Because of this issue they were not able to get the tractor into the backyard. The tractor was too wide for the space. So, with a little innovation and going the extra mile they came up with the idea of getting a large piece of wood to lay on top of the corner of the pool to give them the extra width they needed to get the tractor through that narrow area. They went to home depot to pick up the board and were then able to get the tractor through and to the other side where the lawn is. They then completed the job in timely fashion. We would definitely pay for this every year! Also, they were very nice and professional. We really appreciated everything! I would definitely recommend the company. Considering the work they did is not their specialty I'm sure they would be great with pest and weed control. We will be looking into their pest and weed control services for the future. Thanks!

It took a while before we got scheduled and when we first purchased the package, we were informed in an email by Sonja that they were new in providing this type of service. We purchased an aeration and overseeding package. When they showed up, Irish informed us that we didn't need the aeration and that he'd perform weed control (which we did need) in lieu of the aeration. He was informative and professional and we did appreciate his input. It's too early to determine whether the weed control and overseeding will be effective, but I will post another review to rate results at a later date.

They were prompt, courteous and neat hard workers. They did a great job. I would hire again and probably will.
