Description of Work: Home inspection poorly done! Dave Berry does not back his work. Per his website : What type of Guarantee does the home inspection offer to the clients? At Horizon Home Inspection we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantees or your money for the home inspection will be fully refunded. Just another way to let you the client know that you have chosen a professional organization in Horizon Home Inspection. (The 60-day guarantee starts from the day of the inspection.) We requested a full refund and he refused !!!!

 + -1 moreMr. Berry arrived on time. He seemed confident and experienced, and conducted the inspection in a professional manner. After his inspection was complete, he went over his findings with us making sure that we understood what he discovered. He also gave us a binder containing the complete report, with pictures, that detailed his findings as well as what was not inspected.
Description of Work: Mr. Berry performed a Home Inspection for a property that I am in the process of buying.

 + -1 moreI used Horizon to do a home inspection, twice. Mr. Berry came out and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Said we had issues with our roof, faucet in the kitchen, fixture in bathroom, and outlet in the courtyard that he pointed out. These issues were not current during his last inspection. And even, a couple of the issues were due to his own error. Mr. Berry was not consistent. He was obnoxious and seemed to have the answer to everything. This caused us to spend more money for people to come check these issues out.
Description of Work: Mr. Berry inspected my home to make sure everything is working prior to sale.
