They were professional, on time, complete attention to detail and and very experienced quality driven people that took complete pride in the finished product. They did the job you would expect they would do for themselves or their mother. They went above in beyond, they repaired some of the molding damaged by the prior installers. They cleaned up everything when they were done, as in cleaned the kitchen, cleaned the front patio and the back patio, even the windows. The layout is beautiful, finished as quoted, professional and a much greater value than the dollar. Will highly recommend!!! Tile job itself $8000 which was very reasonable, , the price was based on an additional $2000.00 to demo and remove the prior install and mess left from botched job.

I was not happy with anything this company did. They took forever to install the new flooring. They also did a terrible job installing it. There are bowed areas and the corners are not tight. I called them to fix it and they finally came out several weeks later. It still did not get fixed properly.

The ceramic tile installation went fabulously. I had 3 rooms (2 bathrooms and a laundry room) of 18 inch travertine installed on a bias. The tile installer was professional and it was completed perfectly and in two days. The hardwood laminate flooring, which I had installed in my living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways, took another month to be ordered and finally installed. A different installer was here each day. The first installer did a great job. The others created gaps in the flooring. It took another three months for Hayden's to acknowledge the problem and finally complete the job. The trim pieces are not cut correctly. Instead of being angled with a return, the trim is cut straight at a 90 degree angle to the wall. I am very dissatisfied with the installation of the laminate flooring. I spent a lot of money for a very unprofessional-looking laminate floor. Where I came from in the Midwest, this job would never pass inspection!
