Grime Busters Pressure Washing

Very bad experience. I was told the driveway would be cleaned of oil. After the service was provided, the driveway looked worse. None of the oil had been removed. I was assured by the provider that it would look better over the next month. I watered the driveway, as he suggested, to activate the enzymes in the cleaning product. When it did not look better, I emailed him and was told to wait longer. I waited longer but there was no improvement. I sent several additional emails in an attempt to get this resolved, but the provider did not ever respond again. This is a much longer story but the bottom line is I would not recommend this company. I have not ever written a negative review until this one.

Jim and his co-worker (employee) did a complimentary test spray on my concrete driveway. Once the paint was sprayed off the test area, we could see that the concrete was and quot;spider webbingand quot; and cracking under the paint. The prior owner painted the driveway with a color that looked like concrete to hide this cracking and and quot;spider webbingand quot;. I asked Jim what he would do and he said that he would put an acrylic coating. The coating is not allowed in Anthem, so he said gave me another couple of options and referred me to his friend. I thanked Jim for his honest advice and asked him how much I owed him. He said nothing since this was a complimentary test. I offered him $60 for his time and drive out to my house and he said and quot;noand quot;. I insisted and I had to practically force him to take the money. He spent his gas and time to set up his equipment and he was very honest with me. I should have given him more money for his time and honesty. He is awesome and I recommend him very highly.

Contacted Grime Busters (I love that name!) about pressure washing. Spoke to owner of the company. He was very helpful and informative about what needed to be done. He explained that he had previously owned a painting company in Chicago area (I think that is where it was) so he knew just what needed to be done to our house to get it ready for painting. He gave us a day and time that he could come out to give us an estimate. He was here when he said he would be and measured the outside of the house. He also explained more about what they would do. Later that day he emailed me a detailed estimate of the cost and scope of the work. I had contacted several other and quot;pressure washingand quot; companies and felt that Grime Busters was the most professional and knowledgeable and was fair priced. We decided to have them do the work and we were able to schedule for the coming week. On and quot;game dayand quot; the owner and one helper arrived as scheduled and had all equipment and supplies with them. They have a BIG pressure washer and large trailer etc. They put safety cones in the street around the trailer and had flashing lights on on the truck the entire time. Very good safety practices. The work went well and all was cleaned up and left in very good condition. The only and quot;badand quot; part of the entire process was that we, of course, had to wash the windows after the washing. It seems like the products they used to wash the house put some sort of film on the windows. We have not able to get that film off as yet. I don't know how many more times we will have to wash all the windows outside in order to get them looking good again. That is the only and quot;down sideand quot; to our experience with Grime Busters. We would for sure hire Grime Busters again should the need arise.

I am overall very happy with the quality of the work done and the professionalism of the staff. I can not comment on the competitiveness of price as I did not get multiple quotes.

You could not ask for a better company to handle your pressure washing needs! After searching Angie's List and calling a few pressure washing companies I wasn't quite sold on any of them. I found Grime Busters via google and boy was I happy. After submitting a inquiry online James Cooney (owner) promptly responded via email and follow up phone call. He asked very detailed questions and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done for the best results. He came to the project and measured it off for a quote and submitted everything via email including references and proof of insurance. If you need a professional company that gets results at a fair price Grime Busters is the best. I will use them in the future for any pressure washing needs.
