DZ painting in my opinion did great work at a terrific price with top of the line materials. I contacted DZ paint after seeing their Angie's list special pricing for exterior painting of the house. Daniel provided a detail quote explaining the charges on the additional square footage not covered and well as the options on the types of paint to be used. I had considered painting the house myself so had already spoken to Dunn Edwards and knew the type of paint I wanted. Both my wife and myself felt the DZ quote using top of the line Dunn Edwards paint was very reasonable. The paint job was completed within the timeframe agreed to in the quote. Their cleanup was very satisfactory. There were a few places that Daniel and I agreed needed a little touch up. The touch up was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use DZ again for any painting I need done.

Too long ago to remember the details. I just remember that they were really good and did an excellent job. Would recommend them highly.

Two painters showed up at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5th and got to work prepping the house. They removed wind chimes, plants, etc. from my my back patio and placed them away from the house. When the job was done, they placed everything back on the back porch. I am grateful as I did not want to move heavy items, like the stationary bike and small table. On the second day it drizzled and the front metal awning had to be repainted. They came out the third day to repaint the awning and also repainted a small block wall beige that was inadvertently painted white the day before. Both young men were courteous, friendly and professional. I will certainly use DZ Paint Inc. in the future and refer the company to family and friends.

It was great and it worked out well. They're a good company. They did what they were supposed to do for the deal and the additional rooms seemed to be for a reasonable price. I didn't feel like they were trying to get more money out of me or anything like that. They were very responsive and very professional.

I purchased a big deal for exterior house painting. Painter came out to assess the house. Lots of work had to be done and they were happy to do it. What I wanted went beyond the scope of the big deal. They gave me an estimate of the additional charges. They came out to prep the house: scraping trim of old paint, fixing cracks in the stucco, etc. They came back the next day and started painting. They did the whole house, trim, pop outs and block wall surrounding the house. I cannot believe they finished all that in one day! Very happy with the result. House looks amazing. The guys were great all around.

It went great, from beginning to end. We got a half-price deal on the house through Angie's list, which made it quite reasonable as well. Daniel was very easy to work with before and after; and the three guys who did the actual painting on house and fence were thorough, professional, pleasant to interact with, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely recommend DZ Paint Inc. to anyone contemplating having painting work done on their home!

He was excellent. This has been the best paint job we have had. He is very personable and courtest. His workers is the kind of people you would want in your house. They were tidy and polite. They were quiet.

DZ never showed up for the appointment. I called their office to find out where they were and never got a return call.

Their Big Deal: 1500 square foot house power washed, they provide the paint, and paint exterior of house one color My situation: I have already purchased the paint. Hundreds of dollars worth of high quality paint. (Big savings for him) I have already paid for someone to power wash the house (time and labor savings for him) I have a 1920 square foot house. My proposal was that considering his savings on paint, my only wanting one color, his savings on labor and time on not having to do the power wash, that I purchase the Big Deal and he simply do the painting of the extra 420 square feet. He said NO To say no to that offer is ludicrous. Unless perhaps he gets his paint for free. Being flexible and considerate of your potential customers' situations is part of being a good business person.

I bought two deals from him. Once he showed up, he told me that I was unable to use the two coupons I bought towards the job. I bought two coupons, since my room was a little bigger than normal. He wanted me to charge extra since the room was larger. I ended up paying him around an extra $90 on top of the two coupons. I didn't appreciate the way he acted since I bought two coupons in order to make sure that he was adequately compensated. He is severely overpriced as well. He did a good job painting, but having to pay extra left a rather bitter taste as a result.

Exellent results once again. This was my third time using DZ for my interior painting. This job was probably the most detailed/ challenging with the vaulted walls, the many nooks and crannies around cabinets, trim around windows/doors.... as I had experienced before, very meticulous attention to detail. VERY conscientious about cleaning up after job completed even though the day went beyond regular business hours! Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade interior of home.

1 day to prep and 1 day to paint, they were punctual and professional. The work was of quality and they were fast. they cleaned up after themselves very well.

Contacted contractor, left my name and number for an estimate. My phone call was returned promptly and an appointment to obtain an estimate was set. Daniel arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He and I discussed the work and he promised an email with an estimate the next morning. I did not obtain the estimate until the day after the date promised. Even so, I was provided the estimate. Since the estimated priced significantly exceeded the other estimate that I obtained, I decided to go with another contractor. Daniel was exceptionally professional and personable.

DZ Paint Inc did a good job, they were pretty quick about it, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very specific that I had to pay extra for the walls around my house in my backyard and different colors for trim. He quoted me something when he first came out but then when he sent me the quote it was higher. That was a little bothersome. I told him that he over quoted me and he did go down on it.

DZ Paint not only gave the lowest bid but also gave a discount for mentioning that we chose them based on their Angie's List review! They did a wonderful job removing old flaked off paint, repairing the old wood trim and painting the entire house and wall around the yard. The house looks better than it ever has. We chose the colors we wanted and they got the paint at a discount for us. The owner and workers were all pleasant and professional to my elderly mother, and they completed the job in the exact time they said they would. We recommend them very much!

They did a great job with everything. The house was painted in 2 days and it looks beautiful.

The provider left too much mess to suit me. E.g., paint on my hoses. Did not replace everything they removed. Left street # on crooked. Could not find a hose nozzle; not sure where it is.

I would highly recommend DZ Paint for all future painting exterior. The team who painted were good experienced painters, the owner Daniel offered options of paint choices with reasonable prices. The only item I would have liked is them to scrape the awnings more of flaking paint than was done on my home, but if you asked they would. The team who painted were hard working and honest.

He showed up to review house to be painted but we had difference of opinion on the terms of the "Big Deal" promo that I purchased. He was trying to up-charge for items I felt were included (because they were not EXCLUDED in the fine print of the deal) in original price. We agreed to part ways and I contacted Angies list for refund. I was surprised he would walk away from a deal simply for wanting to charge me more to paint the garage

The company rep came out and since I had the Angie's List "deal" for $1299 it was explained to me that there would be an extra charge for the bump out painting in a different color of $240 and the metal security front door would also be extra of $95 since it would need sanding and special paint to match. Also if I wanted to upgrade to a better paint with 100% acrylic with a 3 year warranty it would be another $260. I live in an area with an HOA and needed the paint to be a certain color scheme which had been approved and from a certain retailer. All this was met by DZ Paint. They showed up on time on the agreed date and began the prepping. The next day they finished prepping but due to high winds could not paint but assured me the next day they would finish which they did. I was unhappy with the coverage over the crack repairs and they immediately reapplied another coat over these problem areas and it looks great. There was minimal mess left, just an occasional ball of tape from the window covering and a trim slip of dark brown on some white dish cables which I did not complain about. The rep told me later if I am unhappy about anything they would come and make it right so I am sure they would clean off that trim slip on the cables if I asked. I just don't think I should be so picky to make them come just for that. There were no drips, spatters or window messes at all. It was a most professional job! They did forget to replace some patio furniture and heavy pots before they left but returned within five minutes of my call and happily put everything right. They put the left over paint in the garage for me as requested, too. They were polite, conscientious and efficient. They accommodated my comings and goings in and out of the garage as well as my tile contractor who was also working there. They did not interrupt the neighbors or make undue noise. AND the house looks absolutely beautiful! All-in-all this was a most wonderful experience. I would recommend this company anytime.

It was great. They were extremely professional and they did a very detailed job. It was an excellent job, we were very happy with it.

I'm sure DZ Paint Inc. would have done a fine job if we would have gone with them.

They were very professional. The house looks 100 times better. The gentleman who came out did an excellent job.
