Description of Work: They did a fantastic job! We had the garage floor power-washed and painted and it looks great. While floor was drying, we had them paint our wrought iron fence out back. We are getting ready to sell our home and now we are ready!

Description of Work: Wanted to have a built in bookcase professionally painted as I was not happy with my own painting of it. The first painter missed spots, had streaks, drips and did not sufficiently complete sanding/prep. He did not have sufficient tools and ended up using our paint sprayer instead. A second painter was sent to do the touch ups. Still missed spots even after they were marked and it still has blotches.

Description of Work: DZ Paint was prompt when working the details to schedule the painting. Two painters were prompt each morning and quite courteous. They did an outstanding job of painting. The prep work, covering of all furniture, clean up was professional. Our one suggestion concerns having samples of the paint before beginning the job. We went to Dunn Edwards for samples and they charged $5.00 per sample so we did not see the possible trim paint which was a disappointment. A computer printout of the paint is not accurate. Matthew and Adrian (painters) were understanding and cooperative with needing to find a different trim. (Home Depot does not charge for samples)We would certainly recommend DZ Paint.

Description of Work: Daniel of DZ Paint came over, explained what they would do. Maira of DZ Paint helped select the paint colors. The painting tear were cordial, very professional and did an outstanding painting of our home interior. We would happily recommend them to anyone. The paint team had to move a great deal of furnishings and we needed time to put things back, everything went well and we would have them back again. Thank you Angie's List.

Description of Work: D-Z painted the walls and stair-well in the lower half of a 28-year old, two-story house plus the under-roof panel of a 40-ft patio cover. The home interior was challenged by 12-to-14ft ceilings and the need for family room ceiling repair. The patio under-roof area was also repaired. | |The D-Z crew spent 4-days on the job, in part, because of difficulty in obtaining a good repair of separated drywall in the family room ceiling (The job was initially estimated to require two-days for completion.) This element needed several treatments of a long "popcorn" ceiling strip. | |Painters arrived promptly at around 8:00 AM each day and worked steadily until a 4:30 PM departure (short lunch included). Confusion about worker assignment caused a 3-hr delay in the second day's effort. | |Room preparation included the movement of two heavy pieces of furniture. Painting quality was very-good. Clean-up each day was also good. | |D-Z was hired as part of a Angie's List special. Some $1200 of added cost appeared because of extra high ceilings, the two-story stair-well and the patio repair-painting. It was difficult to determine the exact nature of cost increase, but in the end D-Z performed high quality work. I believe I received a fair, but not inexpensive product.

Description of Work: Repainted 2 second floor window frames. They removed old vinyl coating, prepped, primed, and put on two coats of new paint. Their painter was prompt, courteous, and knew what he was doing. They exceeded my expectations. They had the best price for the job and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The painting was done well. They did not clean up after their work very well. Tape was left on the house in several places, plants moved away to allow painting were not moved back, cups and tops were left in the yard, Anti bird devices which were removed to paint were replaced in a shoddy manner and some were not replaced at all. This services occurred some time ago so I'm not absolutely sure about the date.
