Daniel was very responsive. Right after I bought the Angie's List deal I called him to book the date. Overall job was satisfactory but there was tape left on the wall that my husband had to peel up and he also had to touch up a little area where it wasn't taped quite right. Since it was a dark paint, you could see it wasn't a straight line type thing. The same day I had Daniel's guy there to do the one room, I hired another company to do other work. This guy was able to do two rooms and one wall in the family room in a day. Given this, I felt I got more bang for my buck so to speak from the other company. In addition, the clips that hold valances onto wooden blinds were broke when he took down my blinds, so we were not able to hang the blinds when the guy was done. However, I did call Daniel and he said he'd replace them which he did, however, when he brought the clips by the house he didn't wait to verify that the clips worked. Low and behold they weren't the right clips so I decided to just go out and find the ones I needed myself but completely appreciated his effort.

It went GREAT! They were finished with the job in two days, despite the fact that we threw a last-minute changeup at them on the day they arrived to start the job: we wanted a two-tone (top of the house one color, trim and bottom a contrasting color). The extra work cost us an extra $250, but we're REALLY happy with the outcome! We've been told on several occasions that our home is now the best-looking home on the street, thanks to Danny and DZ Paint.

Daniel, himself came for estimate and was very accommodating, as I had to keep pushing back the date. His 2-man crew was efficient and quick. The clean-up was perfect. We noticed one tiny flaw on the window sill, and Daniel came over right away and fixed it. We will use them again.

They were very responsive, it was easy to schedule and arrange our paint colors. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly (just a few hours for two rooms). They cleaned up after themselves. There were a few minor edging errors near the ceiling, which they offered to fix, but we didn't have any ceiling paint color on-hand, so we just left it. Not a major issue, my only complaint. I'd use them again.

The job went well. They showed up on time and did all the work on time according to the schedule we agreed upon. I am quite pleased with the level of service provided by the company and would hire them for painting my other properties.

The painting work went very well. The ceiling work not so well. The subcontractor did not do the same quality of work as DZ. There were some blemishes in the new ceiling surface and the clean-up left a lot of debris around the wall and hidden in some of the coverings for the furniture that was still in the room.

Although we haven't completed the work yet, I was so pleased with DZ & the way they handled this matter, that I'll use them in the fall.

.Signed up for one of their deals for interior painting. When they came to do walk-thru referenced how much I hated my 1984 cottage cheese ceilings. Dan offered to provide a quote for doing that for me as well - no obligations to the additional service. The price was the best I had received over the years when combined with the painting I wanted done. They came and completed a large family/kitchen/dining vaulted ceiling and living room vaulted ceiling that had been painted over at least 3 times. FANTASTIC, CAREFUL preparation for this process. End product - Beautiful ceilings that brought my house into new millieium. Painting was equally fastidious and professional. Came back second time to caulk and paint several hundred linear ft of new baseboard I had installed. Again excellent experience. They are coming back to do my bedroom ceilings this month - can't wait!!

We are delighted with the results. The home looks wonderful.

They painted two rooms and two bathrooms. They were really flexible about the scheduling. I had to reschedule and he didn't seemed bothered by it at all.

The owner came out, discussed the job and the extra costs for painting the patio as well as color choices. They took 2 days to do an excellent job, then had another gentleman stop by and review the job and ask if I had any concerns. They readily answered questions by email. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They did very good work and had great customer service, I would definitely use them again in the future.

After sending this company an email stating that the price of painting the one wall was too expensive but I would like the bedroom painted-this company never called or emailed me back-very unprofessional!

He said he was on the road and asked if he could call me back.....Never called back......If you don't want the job, say so on the initial call so I don't waste my time waiting.

I had gotten an offer from Angies List for a coupon where the exterior of the house would be painted for $1,299. I had called Daniel (I live out of state) to review the job and tell me how the job would fit into his coupon offer. He had told me that (due to the coupon) he was busy at the time and could I wait for a week. Since I had waited years, I didn't figure another week was going to be a problem. - The house has a renter in it, so we notified them that he would be walking around to survey the job. - My renter said that he was very polite and courteous with them. Daniel called back the next day with the assessment. Due to the excessive blistering of the house paint, and my wanting the enclosed sun room painted the same color, we agreed on the increased price. He asked for the paint colors ( I had a color sample from Home Depot) where he would be able to match the colors for the house. The painting was preped and done according to schedule. I recently got pictures of the paint job and it looks absolutely terrific !!! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The crew showed up exactly as scheduled and preformed all the work as required. They did an excellent job. It was a pleasure working with Daniel Zapata and his crew, Luis, Michael and Jesus. They were real professionals and we would highly recommend this company. They use quality products and no short cuts. It went wonderfully! The called shortly after I purchased the coupon to schedule the initial appointment (lots of other folks don't do that, they wait and hope that no one redeems the coupons that they have already been paid on) but these guys were proactive with it first the initial appt, then the actual work. Everything went smoothly. They now have a customer for life!

It went really well. I had bought a big deal off of Angie's List for $99 for one room of painting. I had 10' ceilings so Daniel came out in advance to quote me how much extra he would charge for the additional work. My only slight disappointment was that the kitchen is open to the main living room and they used tape lines for transitional color change. I did not realize that this was not included in the deal (though it does make sense- a normal bedroom would have no transitions for the different walls) and was quite expensive to do again so I went with the same paint that is throughout the living room. My only concern is that is it a low gloss (flat, I believe) but Daniel assured me it would be washable. There were no additional charges for cutting in around all the cabinets, which was great. George was on time and very professional. He got the job done quickly, was very tidy and it looks great.

Excellent. Our neighbors contracted with them after seeing our project completed and were also very happy with the quality of work.

We had Daniel give us a bid on all work performed and at that time we set a date for the job to be started. Daniel sent me a email on the bid and we finalized the deal at that time. DZ paint company came on time and worked everyday to the job was finished. This job took 4 days to complete and there workers were , professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We had a small problem with a wall showing white from the patch to repair the stucco, and within hours he had his people prime and repaint the areas needed. The job was taken care of immediately without hesitation and completed to our satisfication. What a great job they did on all areas of our home. We would highly recommend this company for any painting work.

Was able to accommodate us on very short notice after a different paint company no-showed; was punctual, painter was courteous and tidy. Highly recommended!

The paaint crew arrived when schedualed (on time), the job was done professionally. Starting off with the preperation of the wood trim, power washing all surfaces, and any pre-painting repairs made. All areas not to be painted were covered, painting done in a neat and timely manor. Areas that needed to be primed prior to painting were then primed and the general painting completed with in two days. An unfortunate incident with a window was reepaired immediately. Owner contacted us at least twice a day to ensure we were satisfied with the work being done. I would surely us this service the next time I need painting done.
