 + -1 moreI was having issues with shutting off the water to the house, as the knobs kept breaking (the main shut-off valve was a traditional Gate Valve... the round knob you turn). James replace the existing Gate Valve with a much improved Ball Joint, which is sturdier, easier to use and is supposed to last much longer. It's been just over a year now, and to date, no issues.
