About us

Da' Vet Maintenance Services, LLC, is a Veteran Owned and Operated company located in Surprise, AZ. We are not licensed contractors. Currently we have two employees, my wife Cathy and myself. Our two sons, Erik and Paul, help when their schedules allow it. As a disabled veteran myself, we plan to hire disabled veterans as our company grows. We offer three discounts for labor only; First Time Customer, Military and Senior Citizen - 60+ years old. For all customers we provide a complimentary home water system pressure check. Payment options are personal check, money order or major credit card. We utilize Intuit credit card services. Payment is expected upon completion of the work, though a no-interest payment schedule can be worked out on a case-by-case basis. A $35.00 returned check fee will be applied. Any portion of a project that we as a non licensed contractor cannot performed will be sub-contracted to a licensed contractor.

Services we offer

Services offered include yard maintenance; 1-time or scheduled, home cleaning; carpets, windows, blinds, floors, grout (clean, replace, repair and seal), pressure washing, etc. Remodeling; flooring, wallpaper, mill work, paint, electrical fixtures, outlets and switches, plumbing fixtures and water supply lines. Window treatments; custom blinds and films. Standard/custom gutters; installation, repair and cleaning. Laying of new gravel, topsoil and fill dirt.

Services we don't offer

As a non licensed contractor, we cannot alter, remove, install wiring or plumbing located inside a wall or beneath a floor, install new windows, doors or stairs. We can pour concrete walkways and pads but not for a habitable structure. We cannot alter any load bearing walls. Skinning of palms is not offered though we trim palms 20 ft. in height or less. Planting of trees, flowers or shrubs will be sub-contracted for warranty purposes.
