Description of Work: The company provided an A/C system pre-season tune-up through a One Guard Home Warranty service contract. The tech checked the two units, said everything was okay, and had me sign on his phone. He got my email to send a receipt. I had to call twice (message was never returned) before I received a receipt, which had no detail regarding what was done nor how the units were performing (28yr old Trane units). Although it is has been over 105 degrees this past week, the units are still performing well -- probably due to the quality of the units as I can't say what the tech actually did.
