I recently had a retaining wall replace with stacked stone. They were there when they said they would be and got the project completed quickly, professionally and clean up the area nicely. Overall a fantasic experience with this company and would use again .and most of the wall looks great!

Kendall did an fantastic redesign of my front yard! After removing all my grass, he installed new drip irrigation for new plants and shrubs, together with new stone and rock landscaping. Kendall was also most helpful and very knowledgeable in helping my wife and I select new plants. His crew did exactly what he said they would do. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Our pool was almost finished at our new build house so we needed to find a landscaper. We looked online for recommendations and we went to a home show to talk directly to multiple companies. We selected 4 different companies to give us bids. We decided to go with Kendall and Citiscapes after a long talk with him. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything. You can definitely see the military background in him. He was not the cheapest bid but there was just something about him that made us confident that we would end up with the backyard of our dreams! We are so thrilled with the outcome of our landscaping! Citiscapes did such an outstanding job from start to finish. From our design plans, to picking out plants, pavers and the color of our rock - they listened and gave sound advice of what works best for our location and Arizona in general! because I can't give a 0... In an effort to support local, small business and young people starting out we gave Kendall a chance. He talks a good game and is a likeable young man. Unfortunately, his crews were unreliable, he oversold and under delivered, he charges 2-3 times what other reputable landscapers charge and then doesn't stand behind it. He charged us $675 for a winter lawn that never looked better than camouflage. He suggested WE go pay for fertilizer and apply it ourselves after including it in the bid. His team removed dead plants and didn't cap the water lines wasting water until we realized they were watering nothing. When his teams came they would blow the leaves and waste BEHIND the bushes along the wall. We had to send photos every service to get them to come back out and do the work we paid for. Always having to send photos after they guys were her to show they hadn't done the work we were being charged for. His maintenance bid included checking the irrigation system monthly to ensure it was adjusted correctly as the weather changed which never happened. He suggested we have him replace the controller for another several hundred dollars as though that would solve his crew not checking/adjusting it as promised. When the plant were impacted by spider mites he said he would pick up the "special insecticide" to treat the two bushes for $75. Our exterminator applied it as part of our normal service and told us it was nothing special. He quit with one week notice and left us in the lurch on our $675, 20 X 20 camo lawn. We ended up having to pay another landscaper to correct the mess he made all over our yard. It has never looked better than after Kendall and his crews quit showing up.

I had a great experience with them. They did a fantastic job cleaning up my front yard. Their customer service was top notch. And the pricing was reasonable. I can’t wait to do my backyard!

I love working with Citiscapes and the owner Kendall. His crew is professional, clean up after themselves, and validate that I like the work before leaving. I will work with Citiscapes again in the future.

Kendall and his team were fantastic. Since we just bought the house and had nothing but dirt in the backyard we needed a lot of help. Kendall was professional, friendly and very helpful. He gave me ideas and went with me to pick out the pavers, rocks, and plants. We had pavers installed from the driveway to behind the gate with a pad for the trash cans, extended the patio, and had a 14’x14’ pad for our fire-pit. We also had artificial turf installed as well as plants with drip system and lights. Everything turned out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results and love relaxing out in my yard. I cannot say enough good things about Kendall and Lauren who works in the office. They were so helpful and a joy to work with. I have had Kendall do a few other things and will continue to use him. I highly recommend Citi Scapes.

Everything came out ok. We felt like we were promised a higher standard and quality as we did chose them over several other quotes we received even though there’s was higher. Mistakes were made that were not any fault of ours yet we had to cover the make up costs. We were hoping to use them for our front yard but unfortunately, due to how these mistakes were handled and their high quotes we will be going with a different company.

Kendall did a great job listening and then giving his recommendation that fit my needs. His team was able to come within a week, cranked out the work in a day and did a great job. Big improvement for my house. They also followed up to make sure I was happy.

The trees were cut down quickly and the remains were hauled away. Then the stumps and root system was ground. I was very pleased with the work performed.

Excellent from start to finish! Kendall, owner, is very professional and sees the job through including a walk through with you after job completed! His crew is equally as professional. Would/will hire him again for future jobs.

Kendall was was in touch before the job, prompt arrival and worked from 7:00 a..m. to about 5:00 p.m. The yard was restored and does not show any disruption in landscape at all. He is available if I have any questions or concerns. He uses organic products and quality irrigation supplies. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly all the attributes would could want in someone you do business with.

Gravel for a large front yard. Very professional. Kept in good communication throughout the entire process. Was done in a very timely manner. Kendell gave me ideas and was very low pressure for my needs within my budget. From the estimate to the Finished project, the service was complete in one week. He was very reliable and forthright about pricing. Some changes were made at the end of the project and he was very accommodating. I love my front yard and would recommend them to anyone. I especially appreciated his work ethic, and will be using them again for Continued maintenance.
