Very experienced

Chad Lynn was a very experienced worker and a good person. He was friendly and told me exactly how he was going to do my job for moneywise and showed me pictures he took of my area that needed taken care of and how he would do it. I will definitely hire him again !

This person made an appointment to clean my windows. However, when I texted him the day before to confirm, and the day of, not only did he never respond, he never showed up and never contacted me. This is the rudest behavior by a so-called professional. Why he never responded I will never know but it was very disappointing.

He did a great job.

Cleaned window glass very well, but I had expected him to also clean tracks and outside edges of windows, and I was disappointed that I had to do all that myself.

Chad was very easy to work with. He's a good listener and followed through on what I asked him to do. All of the work was completed efficiently in reasonable time. I will request his services again as needed, especially window washing. Did a beautiful job hanging my Navajo rugs!

Chad was quick, efficient and very easily did a gre at job in no time as well as giving me helpful info that I needed to know about the windows had had done a marvelous job of cleaning for me.

He showed up on time, did the job quickly and was very neat and clean.

I updated this review since Chad returned to work with me several time. He was doing the toilet replacement and GFCI outlets. He was capable of finding his own ways to resolve the problem. I was not sure if my own GFCI plug was defective since he advised me it was not working. He had to get a new one for me from the store and then installed it working well. His price is little high. He advised me his labor minimum hourly is $65 but over an hour costs more. I do hope for him to do the best as he can for his next client.

Chad cleaned our gutters and arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time, was courteous, neat and careful in his work and endured 3 hours of working in the sun on a very hot day. He's just simply the best. The price was VERY reasonable.
