I had Chad cut down my dining room set. I had one of the real high ones. When we bought it we did not think that most people are ages being seniors, have knee problems indesit that high and have to bend your knee back so far was very uncomfortable. We hired Chad to cut down the dining set to normal height. You did an excellent job he was on time everything went like you said it would the price was amazing and yes we would hire him again and yes we would recommend him

Chad did a good job. However, one window had 3' drips on it the next day. There must have been water left a the top of the window. The screens were extremely clean as were the other windows.

Chad is a really nice guy firstly. But the work left lots of streaks and haze on our windows. On virtually all of them. The window cleaning solution/liquid he was using isn’t the best—maybe that’s why. Sorry Chad—just not quality work.

While Chad's price was on-par to the other quotes that I received, Chad had a cancellation and told me that if I wanted cleaning done the next day, I could save $ (31%), so needless to say, I hired him. He then told me that he would be here at 9:00, he showed up at 8:45 8) ! Chad is prompt, very polite and courteous. And, he does great work! My windows and Sun Screens (included in the price) haven't looked this good since the place was new. In addition to other improvement projects that I'll include Chad in on the bids, he is going to be doing some minor electrical work and paint touch-up for me next week.
